Beautiful hotel, with great views of Warsaw city center. The breakfast buffet was quite tasty and the gym with the pool was quiet and pleasant. The staff were always friendly.

Lovely as usual. Just a bit disappointed about brekfast which is very different and limited due to currrent restrictions but I think it could be less strict and more food like before.

One of the newer hotels where you can have a good time. Everything is fine, good service etc.

Good hotel, little expensive but it is in the centre of the city. WiFi is not included and Costs around 10eu. Staff is good and helps with a smile. Rooms are spacious, beds are good and the view is amazing!

I would give 5 stars, but I have to take one for the broken cards to the room and the elevator. Besides everything at a high level. Great view from the 35th floor

I doubt that anywhere in the world is a better hotel for this price. Never seen such a breakfast buffet. Casino in the hotel, excellent rooms. If you want to find a disadvantage you have to dig deep, no free wifi was the biggest drawback for me.

Great food, great room, good service. Although at times I felt like I was wasting alot of food, and SOME of the staff had a little trouble speaking english.

I will compare this hotel to the Novotel in a very similar location. In both, I had the opportunity to spend 5 days over the course of the year.
Great location, close to everywhere, great views too.

Room not too big, bed mega uncomfortable, mattress arranged in such a way that after 4 nights my back hurt, bathroom and the rest in the room unreservedly.

Very good breakfast. Food in restaurants is delicious. I organized 2 evenings in this hotel - honestly the lady from the reception was not very helpful, only the shift manager helped me. Compared to the Novotel, it's not good.

Parking is under the hotel but does not belong to the hotel and must be paid separately.

The hotel is very large and sleek like any of the chains. Serving at a perfect level.

The panorama sky bar on the 40th floor is one of the nicest that we went to Warsaw. Definitely worth it

Superior hotel in Warsaw, the front desk service is very poor. A good location can clearly see the Palace of Science and Culture.

The overall impression is good, however, some of the hotel's elements have their glory days already behind you (remember the 80s). The bathroom was asking for renovation. Delicious breakfasts. If I had to choose, I would choose accommodation in Polonia Palace.

Not so terrible, you can do several things in one place

Chic hotel in the center of Warsaw, near the central station. Seine appropriate.

In the hotel restaurant, everyone with the family po aulismy and very much. And in the bar at the very top, cheese board with ladybirds and shrimp in breadcrumbs is probably a joke.

One of the most important points in Warsaw, very nice

It s really first class hotel. Quite luxurious and fancy place. First of all its in the center and near to almost everything. The staff are really polite and friendly. They are service minded and know how to please guests. The hotel room I stayed had a great view which was pleasure to walk up to that view. The breakfast collection is few but quality is ok. The hotel has a panoramic bar at roof top which first time visiting give access to one free cocktail drink. I will definitely recommend this hotel for business trips

Nice.. Never describe a place where you enjoyed a lot... So people visit that place for live experience...

The view from the panorama bar is great, best view in Warsaw if you can get a window seat. Drinks aren't cheap but very nice. Loved it!

Excellent, clean and tidy hotel in the city center, easy access from the hotel to nearby sites such as the historic building of the Mann Auditorium.

Large conference rooms and the best service and catering

High quality of services, comfortable and professional service, the conference went well, the food was very tasty and full, only the rooms were cramped, stuffy, and the window could not be tilted, yet the beautiful panorama of Warsaw stretched out the window
