Good location and satisfactory standard of services.

Excellent hotel. Central location. Close to the central bus station, shopping malls and tourist sites.

Great hotel. Food and service fantastic and great views from high floors.

They also have a casino on site and is walking distance from huge shopping centre and access to miles of underground subways full of kiosks.

Price / performance does not fit. Classic and a bit old-fashioned room, bathroom should be renovated (bathtub with shower curtain is not up to date). Unfortunately very badly soundproofed, both from the neighboring room and from outside. Bed very comfortable. Wifi doesn't work, no room service (other hotels can do that during Corona). Breakfast very good. Hotel seems to live from the name, there is better for less money in Warsaw!

A good Hotel in an ideal location for everyone who is in the city for a short time. Visually, it's still the 90's but slowly undergoing renovation. Prices are a bit high as per the condition prevailing in the hotel but at such a location are probably justified.

Good, if someone has a lot of cash and there is nothing to do with it, because the views outside the window on the top floor are actually worth attention. Overall, friendly service, great food and elegantly in the rooms and throughout the hotel. The price is high, but it is not surprising.

Well connected. Designed for convenience of use. Availability of on-site basic services for the institutional client and their visitors.

You can see that the hotel is full of nice service. Minus is just that the range in the hotel is weak.

Just go up to the observation deck in the restaurant on the top floor (it will cost you 18 zlotys, exactly how much a glass of not bad beer costs there), and look at this beautiful city from the height of the flight of local pigeons)))
This is better than paying 20 zlotys, and even defending the crazy turn to the elevator, and then not being able to go beyond the blocking glass of the observation deck of the "copy of Moscow University" - the local Youth Palace.

Ask for the view of the Palace of Culture.

It was very cool, the conditions and service at the highest level, the pool is very cool and clean. The music would be louder and the noise is more audible than music.

I expected something better from this hotel. 5 stars? Rather 3. Ventilation / air conditioning made some strange noises of the creaking fan. I had to turn off because I couldn't stand it. Bathroom partly for renovation, mold on the tub and on the ceiling. When the room was cleaned I became a happy owner of socks that were not mine. :-) Scrambled eggs for a tasteless breakfast, rest ok. A plus, friendly service, very good location, close to the train station.

It has a welcoming atmosphere and the service is great.

Mediocre hotel. Old rooms, a/c not working properly. Long lines at check-in and really slow elevators. Warsaw has many better hotels, especially for the money!

There is not much where to park but the service very polite

A high standard hotel. In the center of Warsaw. Breakfast is excellent. The staff is very polite and friendly. My husband and I really liked the hotel.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Unfortunately, the windows cannot be opened for ventilation and can only be regulated via the air conditioning.
The breakfast is very extensive and fresh.

The facility itself without charge, but specialists with nothing.

Sky bar is an amazing place, charming and amazing. Price of the menu items adequate for the place.

Nice, clean hotel, if a bit outdated rooms. Great views of the city on a clear day. Very friendly and helpful staff. The skybar a nice place to relax and enjoy the best views of the city.

Very high standard, excellent rooms, amazingly rich breakfast buffet and beautiful views from the window. And the location - transport to the airport or closest to PKP and the perfect way out to the city give this hotel a distinct advantage over others.

Very central location, very large rooms. The bathroom is a bit small and lacks a bidet (imaginable) and a toilet brush (this one imagines a little less).
Great variety of shampoos and creams in the room. Also: water heater, iron with board and hairdryer not attached to the wall.
Extremely nice staff.
Impressive breakfast buffet (omelettes are made on the spot).
If taken on the 100 person / night it really deserves ... If not, the prices are a bit more demanding.

The sky bar. Fantastic bar, drinks and views. Though the ladies hosting the sky bar were rude, and the lounge was very pretentious. Much preferred drinking elsewhere.
