I was very impressed with the electronic platform Company Partners developed as every process of the application was done electronically.
In addition the electronic platform was supplemented with the interaction of a designated consultant, which provided a perfect balance.

So last year August I decided to leave my job and go study and while busy with my study I decided to register and start my own company. Firstly I had no clue where to even start. Googled how to and came across Company Partners , I read up on them and decided what the hell let's go for it. Company helped me with any and everything related to my business what I will need and what I needed to have in place to keep my business compliant. Great and quick service received on registering new company.

Pathetic company, does not know what they are doing please stay away. We requested a transfer and due to them not being happy they did it halfway. This was after begging them to help with the transfer.

I was extremely impressed with using Company Partners for VAT registration. They were so quick and organised, sure my registration would be completed in a day if I was quicker with uploading my documents, but still the process to get a VAT number only took 2 to 3 days! This includes the SARS interview! Emails and other correspondence was replied to almost immediately. The whole process was very automated where possible, and the staff were more than friendly and happy to help with anything. The costs are also very competitive and worth more than you get charged. I have recommended this company to everyone!!

These guys do not deserve a star from me. I have requested for services in February to get my COIDA application and today is 2 July they haven't finalized my documents...This is very pathetic to say the least. They are so quick to ask you to pay for their services and once you pay, you have to chase them. If i had known, i would have taken my business elsewhere.

Customers beware, they play the middle man and over complicate the entire process wasting your time with unexpected charges.

They are a company that you can trust. I am pleased with their work.

Have to say congrats are due, I have never experienced applying for anything at SARS without having to use painkillers, lol ,,,, I would highly recommend anyone to use Company Partners service offerings. Items are reasonably priced and process automation seems to work flawlessly.

I recently bought a new company through Company Partners and after waiting a bit longer than they originally promised, I found out that they did not issue the first share certificate. They sell this as an additional service for another R390. I spoke to their consultant who did not have an understanding of the difference between authorised and issued share capital and could not tell me to whom the shares were issued, if any.

Genuinely the worst company you could ever work with. Please do not believe any reviews that have more than 1 star. They will stop answering your emails, calls etc once you have paid - they will give you great customer service up until then. They also conveniently leave out all the hidden fees. Goodluck if you have Zandile as your consultant.

Good service received from Company Partners and there consultants, I found there automated system easy to understand and hassle free, as it removed the burden of working directly with CIPC and SARS.

Not impressed. UIF registration advertised as 15 days now at 27 days and no feedback as to why. Consultant not very professional at all

Becareful i paid for services 2 years ago no service no refund pathetic think twice before using them

This company is great. The services is great. I was assigned a great consultant, whom i am to contact every time i need anything instead of calling the switchboard for a consultant. The website is very user-friendly and it allows you to track the progress of your services. They are reasonably fair on the turn around time, as other services require them to deal with other companies, like CIPC.

Reyhanah Martheze was unbelievably helpful to me. She was super helpful and was able to set up my new Business. She went above and beyond what most would do in her place. Anytime I need something she was there to assist. I will definitely be purchasing more services from Company Partners!
