I am the tenant of a new house in a housing estate recently built by this real estate company.
A discount and incompetent workforce obviously took charge of the work.
The houses were delivered turnkey to the owners without any connection to the telecommunications networks. I had to wait 3 months before having a low-speed internet connection in a fiber-reinforced neighborhood.
RJ45 sockets are not working.
The handrail of the stairs was loose.
The tub siphon was improperly connected, resulting in a large water leak in the house.
The electric gate is still not functional.
The list is still long.
The real estate company Jacques Jullien, however, undertook some retouching of the defects observed but in an unusually long time. I hope that all the problems observed will soon be a distant memory.

This developer sold me a lot in subdivision. It turns out that the subdivision is not serviced. The connections are made but there is no electricity.
In fact, poor workmanship was found by Enedis who did not validate compliance.
Since December 2017 nothing has changed.
The subcontractor who carried out the vrd works on the electricity network: Sas EMERY in St Alban did not re-intervene on the subdivision.
So to summarize this developer does not follow his projects. Nothing is mastered.
We are at the end of May 2018 and still no elec ....
Bouncing electricity has arrived but problems on the US network have just been reported.

Real estate company with great incompetence! We bought a duplex T3 with them. We were interested in the project in March 2019 and the delivery date announced was at the beginning of May, finally the residence was delivered at the end of June !! Already 2 months late in 6 months is strong! And since we live in there only bad surprises on the entry walk into the poorly made parking, the gate that bug or makes noise, the boiler room not functional for 6 months and the promoter did not help us at all, thank you trustee for arranging this! And since we always learn green and unripe on the residence!
In short, do not buy from them !!
