My husband came to community because he having really bad migraines and keeps throwing up and the nurses are being very rude - they been taking patients that s came hours after him he still waiting to see a dr he asked a question and the nurse got crazy with him I definitely don t recommend coming to community. They don t care about your well being they care about the people who are just coming to get a test when nothing is completely wrong with them I ve been here for hours and still haven t seen a dr ! But other that s came hours after me are gone already. They have been seen and been helped . I will be telling every one about the worst experience I had here I will continue to keep going to Saint Agnes. I am very disappointed with how you guys advertise how great community is and it s really not ! I will never come here again & the nurses . Need to do a better job and you guys so do better on who you hire you supposed to treat every one with respect and you guys are so disrespectful very unpleased

No one wants to visit a hospital, but if you have to the Regional Medical Center has good. The staff are very patient and took good care of our parent, keeping them for the time they needed to do thorough tests and care.

The hospital itself is extremely clean and we'll organized. During Covid they have extra precautions for visiting patients, but it is great that they are still permitting one visitor per day.

There is a free visitor parking garage just across from the main entrance.

After having my stroke(s) this hospital & Clovis Community saved my life and took excellent care of me. Visitation was beyond their control. The nurses are so caring & kind. Thank you!!!

This hospital is very busy! People everywhere in varying degrees of distress. Yet, they took the time with each and every person even though they were so busy. Every person on this team that I encountered were so amazing and friendly admitting,CNA, RN, the doctors. They made what was a very scary day for me so much better with their excellent care!

The staffs and employees were friendly and nice. They help direct you if you're unsure where you're at. I would give it a 5 star rating, but I had a bad experience with my appointment in the critical care. The employee who was in charge of my pelvic ultrasound was rude and not helpful at all. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or whichever the cause may be, but it was not professional at all. There was no communication to explain how the process is going to be performed considering it is my first time having to get that done. Would greatly appreciate it if this can be taken into consideration to help inform the staffs/employees to just take a moment to help share/educate first time patients. That way, they won't be clueless and would at least have an idea to what is going on.

If I could give negative 5000 stars I would but I have to give one star to leave this review. You sent my cousin home. He went there twice due to a motorcycle accident. YOU SENT HIM HOME AND HE DIED. He was a father, husband, person who held the family together and friends to the whole community. I am disgusted with what I have heard and saw from the service he received. Shame on you. You took a precious life.

Do NOT come here for medical attention. Especially if you need to be seen immediately. I sat there for 11 hours. They lost my test samples multiple times, and didn t bother to look for them for several hours. Even after having to retake them, they didn t send them out until hours later. Waited for another test for a few more hours. The staff did not seem to care to rush or hurry or even want to do their job. They gossiped and talked amongst themselves most of the time. Many people asked about their results and what the next step was because they too had been waiting all day. The staff was not nice either. And when you re sick it s not fun sitting in a hard fold out chair in a tent for 10 hours. Please go somewhere else for medical care!!!

Family member in the hospital. All the doctors, nurses, and other staff, I have talked to on the phone or in person, have shown much compassion, keeping me informed every step of the way, and what plans They feel needs to be done for full recovery. They are doing an excellent job of taking care of this person. This place is very clean, organized, and the food they serve looks very good.

I just left this hospital a week ago after a 19 day stay for high risk pregnancy/ preterm labor at 30 weeks. Even though it was very hard being away from my family the staff, nurses, and doctors did their best to facilitate me in every way. My nurses were very kind and attentive and the doctors checked in on me everyday. A sweet nurse even bought me balloons and a teddy bear when she knew I was homesick; she wasn t even my nurse that day! So sweet. But beside all of the care leading up to the birth of my premature baby where they really cared for me is when they SAVED MY LIFE! I went into labor at 32 weeks and all hand were on deck. I delivered my baby but was hemorrhaging! Without their quick actions and skill I literally would not be here today and my 5 children would be motherless. I lost 10 liters of blood and needed a massive blood transfusion. I m forever grateful for every single doctor in the OR for saving me that day! Now my baby is in the nicu thriving with amazing nurses of his own! I can t say enough praises about the amazing people who work here!

I really don't have enough experience with being in hospitals to get really in depth in a review, so let me just say, MY 2 stays at Community were very good as far as I know, I mean, the people make it what it is, right?

Well, I have no complaints. Two different stays in the last 6 weeks, and pretty much everyone was super patient, really nice, and very professional! I never needed, nor wanted.

If I asked for water, or had meal questions, medicine discussions, or anything else, it was addressed in a timely manner with smiles and patience!

I couldn't ask for more! Thank you folks, seriously! :)
