I called about a affordable studio apartment rental , the lady gave me a rude attitude and told me if they had a room it would be $1500. She didnt even further assist me with anything, food, emergency shelter, etc. Social services need Jesus.

I was so Blessed to live in the house that CHI was so kind to accommodate me in. Sadly they had to close four houses; mine included, for three years almost I lived like a King. The CEO and my Case Manager are the BEST PEOPLE I'VE EVER MET. They even went out of their way to help me out to find another wonderful place but; I WILL NEVER FORGET the CEO and specially my Case Manager Mrs. J.D. Congratulations too Mr. A.R. the CEO. I truly miss you guys. Good Luck.
Horrible place to rent and work. I thought it was a great opportunity for me and my family. It turns out the staff is horrible and cares for noone bit themselves. They get a huge 0
Under circumstances the home I rented was lost by my landlord so I wound up in Medford Shelter with my family...when I first arrived I was completely impressed by the director Linda she was great..as for help the child care n services were so helpful at that time I was so glad I wound up there with my children for a temporary stay till the new director took over when Linda left... Donations were forbidden to be left, services were taken away n the Shelter was replaced with someone who was insulting..not supporting n not helpful at all ..I dont blame the company at all but the experience there had left me mentally drained when I left..I couldn't even find a place quick enough I just wanted to leave to remove myself from a bad situation..
