The ER has always been there to help people. You will be taken care of. Everyone is professional and knowledgeable.

I just had a spinal fusion 2 days ago. Dr Vanavus is a compassionate and super knowledgeable surgeon. The medical staff was kind and all knew their jobs. It was my 9th surgery in my life but Best experience by far

The dirtiest place I've ever been. The cleaning staff is negligent both in private rooms & the ER bathroom
Both had dried urine splatters, dried puddles & drips on the the toilet & floors.
The nurses and aides are wonderful. Except for the RN in ER who us retired & fills in occasionally. Rude, pushy & tries to act like a doctor ordering tests wanting to stick an IV line in me after I mentioned I might be dehydrated, wanting to push oxygen at home for me because Medicare would pay for it. I'm nor even on Medicare & I told him I was not on it. I'm not sure who ordered the EKG or heart X-Ray, but I don't feel it was necessary. I think he scammed my insurance.

A few weeks ago my wife and I attempted to go to an MRI appointment at CHA

Upon arrival we of course were screened for COVID. Sad thing is it was more of an interrogation and an assault than anything.

The screener was rude, and even screamed at us for asking a couple of questions about the process. We were both actually fearful of her as she appeared to have the ability to be violent towards us.

When we tried to bring this up to the administration, our concerns weren t even addressed.

Very unprofessional by so many. If you can go to Butte instead....go!

Terrible place was verbally abused and called fat by an er doctor named William doyle. This place is very unprofessional

Wow. This was the best ER experience ever. My girlfriend injured her ankle while hiking and this hospital was recommended to us. The staff was amazing: friendly, kind, funny, and good at what they do. And they were super fast. They could teach other hospitals!

I just had foot surgery there. Every single person was wonderfully kind and helpful, attentive and concerned about my comfort and care. Dr. Greene is excellent, has an exceptional bed-side manner and was calm and very genuine. If I could rate my experience a 10
I would. Sweet people, very clean and modern facility. I recommend this hospital and would use it again without a single hesitation. What a blessing these kind and very competent people are.

I am very satisfied with this place dr. Mercer is absolutely amazing he has helped my son and tomorrow we will be going in for his circumsision and he explained everything to me about what he is going to do and put my mind at ease so I definitely give this place and this dr a 5* 100 times over again thanks for all you guys do keep up the good work!

During tragic events I was comforted, cared for, and helped so much. Amazing staff all around really helped get through this difficult time and I appreciate all the nurses and doctors I met
