The writing is on the wall! No respect for those who give of themselves daily. Run...don't hesitate to work someplace else before its too late!
unscrupulous billing, I will never hire this hatchet company again
I caution anyone that chooses to do business with this company
I am please to tell of our experience with Community EMS. They transported my son to all of his appointments and they are the most caring and courteous employees. They cared for him as if he was a member of their own family. Even in bad weather they took every precaution to ensure his safety. They remain with us during the long doctors appointments and never acted as if it was a burden. They even reassured him when we were not present that he was safe. This is something you do not find in many companies and their employees.
It was so reassuring to my family. Thank you again for your continued service. You will always be assured we will make all we know of you great service.
Everyone was professional and helped me in my time of need 1,000 miles away!!!! Thank you and may God Bless You All
I had the chance to meet two of the most amazing guys yesterday as my niece was being transferred to another facility! Chris and Brian who transferred my niece from William Beaumont hospital in Royal Oak to a facility in Ferndale! From the very beginning both of these gentlemen were extremely kind and caring and they kept reassuring us that the facility my niece was going to was a great place and that we had nothing to worry about! I cannot tell you how much that meant not only to my 16 year old niece but also to my sister and I because this was already a stressful transfer so it was good to hear so much positivity and upbeatness from these two amazing gentlemen! So kudos to you both, I wish all the EMS people were as great as you!
This ambulance was leaving Troy Beaumont Hospital. And almost caused a huge accident because he decided to merge on southbound Dequindre at the last minute. Just because you drive for an ambulance, does not mean that you automatically get the right of way. This vehicle did not have any flashing lights and he was leaving the hospital. I drove in the same direction with him for a few minutes, and he is definitely not going to an emergency situation. After several Vehicles slammed on their brakes and Screech their tires to avoid hitting the ambulance, the ambulance truck sped over 60 miles per hour on the road for at least a mile. I later caught up with the vehicle at a light
Shame on an ambulance being the cause of a near accident.
