I had the chance to meet two of the most amazing guys yesterday as my niece was being transferred to another facility! Chris and Brian who transferred my niece from William Beaumont hospital in Royal Oak to a facility in Ferndale! From the very beginning both of these gentlemen were extremely kind and caring and they kept reassuring us that the facility my niece was going to was a great place and that we had nothing to worry about! I cannot tell you how much that meant not only to my 16 year old niece but also to my sister and I because this was already a stressful transfer so it was good to hear so much positivity and upbeatness from these two amazing gentlemen! So kudos to you both, I wish all the EMS people were as great as you!
