They finally got a system down to where it'll only take about 10 minutes to drop on the weekends.

This place helped me get sober in 2015..wen we were aloud to smoke cigs. Lol

sitting here with my husband waiting to check in and the staff is unfriendly...unwelcoming.....and does not have manners......I HOPE THE SERVICE IS BETTER THAN THE FIRST IMPRESSION......they're only nice...friendly and smile when communicating with one another.....

Rehab in itself is hard and cold. This facility helped my family. It is ultimately the addict that must walk the path; CATS staff understands
this and help those that wish to help themselves. Unfortunately addiction is such a devastating horrible pitfall to stumble into, not all can recover and no one treatment can take the blame. We are losing our children daily to overdose, it s seriously an epedemic. Thank you staff for helping me and mine. My baby has 3 years of sobriety and a new lease on life.

I give this place ZERO stars. Everyone that works here is RUDE,except for a few people. That are nasty, caddy, rude. They treat there patients like garbage. Their patients are our family and loved ones. Just because they are battling addiction DOESNT mean they aren t humans and don t have feelings. You can t ever get ahold of anyone important and no one returns calls and if they DO they are rude. I highly recommend not sending anyone here. They call it 3 hots and a cot. The patients get 3 nasty meals, dog eat better than they do, and a cot/Matt to sleep on, on a bunk. The people who run this place aren t educated just recovered addicted themselves who think it s okay to treat other struggling humans like garbage. I ve contacted the judge directly about this place and have been documented everything negative that happens in there from the loved ones I have in there. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.

This facility is understaffed, disorganized, and basically offers no actual treatment , if you are paying on your dime, don't do it...

My son was in this place and I feel they helped him a great deal But just like any place you got to want to help yourself I think it was a great place which she had went there at the beginning but he wasn't ready at the beginning They deserve more than a 5 star keep up the good work Olita SCHMIDT. For all who are slamming the place, you at just slamming the place because you couldn t get your way or didn t make it because you didn t want to do what you were supposed to do. Treatment only works if you want it to work. With a closed mind and thinking that you are on a vacation or in a hotel, you won t get the help you need. C.A.T.S works if you want it to work. Yes, some of the staff is hard nosed but most are recovering addicts who gotten their lives together and came back to try and help others. I was in this place, not so much for the drugs in my opinion, but it made me start Thinking For A Change, which is one of the courses you take in there. No matter where you go, it s only gonna help if you want help and change. Hopefully, I will be working there in the coming months.

My son did something stupid that he regrets terribly. He smoked a little pot and quit, now the judge from Marion is sending him there. The judge was very hard on him for what he did. I called to get a little info like when can I bring his personal effects ETC. The woman I spoke to was horribly rude and VERY unprofessional. Talked like people I work with off the street. Oh did I say I was an advocate for drug addicts? God help my son! Because I cant!! Very worried mother!!!

Staff is horrible. Living conditions are horrible. Upper management is clueless. Not sure as to how they are still open.

Cats is a place of recovery and to put your life back on track.

I'm currently in the Sober Living at cats and this place helped me a lot but only cuz I wanted to help myself

Saved my life from drug addiction. Did not have to pay a cent ( besides my criminal conviction). Thanks cuyahoga county drug court. I m doing great now.

This place helps those who suffer and want help to become sober and productive members of society.
