Wonderful agency to have in place when people need assistance in paying their utilities.

Well this place wreaks of sweat and feet they could do a community service and wash them

The staff are very helpful and courteous. They have a variety of resources to help

I'm struggling with hi electric bill and can pay so they help me out with no problem,there friendly,fast and gets things done.

Community Action Partner has helped me tremendously I live on a low budget income I have used them twice at once back in 2010 and the month of August of this year, if it wasn't for them I would be either homeless or in the dark with no light I have prayer and now I thank God that there is no cutbacks in this program. Thank you to the workers for all their help.

They are really helpful and never once turned me down

I had to go and seek help from these wonderful understanding and compassionate people. I was forced into an early retirement do to my health and found myself in some very big problems and I was very surprised at how much they were able to help me.

This has to be the worse place to go if your in need for assistance. They are judge mental And make you wait. I waited for them to Reject me due to not having Print outs Which I could ve had if it was stayed on paperwork or I could ve Simply printed them out as I was waiting for 4 plus hours but just cause I had everything on email and by the time they seen me they were closing. I didn t get assist. Super rude management. Do Not recommend

What A blessing from God for sure. I was with out gas for two months and thanks to Community Action and there services my gas is back on. Just in time for the winter. Thank you again for all your help. Oh yea and thank you Ms. Figueroa for doing all you can to make sure that my gas was back on that same day. I pray that God bless you for helping those in there time of need.

A definate asset to the community. The staff helped with an attitude of compassion. They helped me out a real bind I was in and they did it with respect, tact, and a professional attitude. No one likes to have to ask for help, but when one has to ask it is extremely nice to not be made to feel any worse about asking for it.

Great place to Volunteer. I enjoyed my time volunteering here great staff everyone is very friendly and very helpful. i would love to come back and Volunteer here again in the future.

This place is great. Everyone we dealt with was so nice. I don't understand the negative reviews. Does it take some time? Yes, it's a process, with the different agencies needing to come out. Is there paperwork involved? Yes, but nothing difficult. In the end, we were fortunate enough to receive a new air conditioning system, and we're very grateful.

Picking up food for the homeless. Two plus hours to wait for two pallets. Warehouse is too slow. Not really sure if these guys know what they are doing. The office staff is really nice though.

They help thousands of churches and community centers with food so they give to the people in need especially in these rough times and the staff very hard working ...

They really do help with a week motel voucher but make sure you have a more permanent place to go when your week is up

Can't rate them any lower. Went in as they said they opened which it says 8, got there and they were super rude saying they don't open till 830. I know it's a food bank for us that don't have enough to feed our families but it smelled really nasty in there.

It don't give you information over the phone have everything you need. Sure they get paid millions of dollars to supposedly help people but they really don't. Waste of time

When times are tougher than usual, they are your life preserver. Unmatched patience & professionalism!

The help with utility bills and rent to families that has been impacted by covid 19 or fall under low income guide lines

I come here for the HEAP program. They help me pay for my utilities since I am low income. It's a bit far from where I live but worth the drive.

I have had my utilities paid before by heap. I wanted to know if they help with any rent assistance at all

I received some food from them they were a great help and I'm hoping I can get some other assurance from them

Awesome event and so many families were blessed including mine. I really enjoyed the various vendors who had a part in the wonderful event

They help people pay bills, They give away presents during Christmas. They do their best to try to help the need, the poor. If you meet the requirements.

Awesome. Helps homeless, low income families. HEAP. Free forklift classes. Free box foods. DMV vouchers, etc. They truly help the community. Amazing staff

A great program that helps. The people are friendly and treat you well and understand that everyone goes through hard times and needs help once in a while

If they didn't have this It would be a lot of people in the dark are freezing to death everyone needs help with their bills once in awhile.

It's hard enough bring ourselves to ask for help, we always take care of our responsibilities on our own. Social security put us in a hardship when making a mistake in our case and pay! We call around desperate for help for the first time EVER & we are sent to this company. The treatment we have had so far has been so hateful. Victoria Solis 1st female we spoke to was so rude & condescending, ask us the same questions over & over as if we were lying. When asking for her name she hung up on us. We call back to ask for her name to report her, we are answered by a girl named Maggie who refused to give us her last name and was also very rude to us for absolutely no reason. We were switched to the supervisor Michelle McClain and there was no answer. This is disgusting behavior from people who are supposed to help while you're hurting not cause more stress!

I volunteered there, the people there were very welcoming.
