Israel from CPG has been second to none, very attentive, he follows up follows through. Always asking what could be improved.

I am so very pleased with Commonwealth properties. Friendly staff, great work ethics, and loving people. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property.

For a small business with lots of properties I think they do a a great job everyone in the office is down to earth and they all try to help out with your situation as best as possible. I have lived on my property over 3 years and I think they do a pretty good job they quickly respond and address my concerns. I haven't had any issues with this company and will continue to rent from them.

The staff was very polite and courteous Very helpful with all my questions Mrs Miller had a beautiful smile and was a very respectful woman As well as her co worker who I believe her name was LaCena she was equally a very charming and polite woman I would definitely recommend them to my family friends and coworkers

Save your self the time, money and headache do not sign any lease with this company.
They are shady takes weeks/months for them to get any type of maintenance work done.
They charged me a late fee even though I paid them 1 week earlier then admitted to the mishap then refused to refund the fee.
Once winter starts you literally have to beg them to turn on your heat in the complex.
Fridge went out they took 2 months to get me a new one.
Roaches in the summer then when you ask why they have someone come in to spray once a month they deny their pest problem.
A lying greedy property group who just want to throw you into a lease and run off with your money.
Don't make the same mistake I did. Hope this helps someone avoid this company.

Small company. Management has always been very courteous and friendly. Maintenance request are always handled in a timely manner as you have to have an open mind as they have other tenants and properties to attend too. Overall, not a bad place. Better than average. Great location.

I've been a tenant of CPG for many years, this is a very professional and attentive property management group.
Yes, there have been issues over the years but nothing to fuss about because ALL were taken care of in a timely manner.

Cpg is awesome, when you think there isn't people out there who don't understand that life gets in the way commonwealth property group does understand. Building a relationship with them was a blessing.

I have to thank my lucky stars for the tenant that actually stopped me and let me know they wished they would have stayed ontop of maintenance better. The property i was considering was a complete wreck. Looked like all hell broke loose in that place and they just painted over what was really bad. Coming from someone who is renting my own hime i would NEVER and i mean NEVER. Lease a property that looked like that. I have to give one star because the leasing agent was so sweet. I wouldnt recommend anyone to live there.

There is not enough trash cans for all the tenants that live here and there are rats everywhere in the Attic and below the wooden center of the apartment complex. There are dead rats underneath the wooden panel and inside of the attic and the smell is disgusting. Cpg management is the worst management I have ever encounter they are quick to take your money but will refuse to fix any maintenance emergencies the maintenance man they have who's a Hispanic man will complain and argue and disrespect you and tell you that you don't have any issues because they're cheap and Shady. Water bugs and roaches everywhere.
