I have been trying to get a hold of them for days in regards to my sons insurance and why it is still inactive and I wait and wait and wait and nothing. I have a job too and I cant stay on hold over an hour at a time. If there is that many people that need help then they need to hire more people and have a call center or something. We gotta work to provide just as much as them.
My niece was taken from my sister with bogus paper work...they are trying to cover it up..Now my niece is dead..they took her for no reason the judge said this herself...the judge was mad at the paperwork..they lied to my sister and said they were going to send Miyah back to Illinois to her grandmother so instead of asking the mother for her birth certificate and social security card Sherry Decker which is the one responsible for kidnapping my sister kids with fake paperwork talked My niece Grandmother into sending her this information saying it was for a passport but instead was to take my niece check and sale my niece to some people who gave my sister an bogus email to contact her on..let me remind you this woman never responded back to my sister..my sister do not know the family that had custody of Demiyah...every time my sister seen her daughter she had scratches on her and was very dehydrated her hair was also matter to her head..now my niece is dead. All hey keep saying is sorry...out of all my sister three children why did they only want Demiyah s birth certificate and social..my niece was a special needs child and needed special attention they seen her as a check now she is gone...my niece suffered..the family that had my niece stop letting my sister see her because my sister was always complaining about her daughter s condition...my sister haven t seen her daughter since May...the family kept pushing the days back until they killed her...they knew my sister would find out..they won t let my sister view her own baby body because hey are trying to cover up what they have done. We want justice for Demiyah!!! And we re not giving up...We have to save our babies!
Some workers are not friendly and some are rude. Phone is ALWAYS busy. Perhaps it could be a budget problem. For a department that works for community, this is a shame.
For a group of people who work Mon-Fri, 8-3, this is the most lazy, unsupportive, rude, offensive, unknowledgable in programs available to their clients and ugliest group of individuals, I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Do whatever you can to avoid having to call this office. No supervisors, no complaint center, and no communication between departments. I wish you, the reader of this review, good luck.
The worst communication ever... As well as waiting up to and sometimes passed an hour. As well as not even able to get through at all. At the actual office the ones at the front desk have no manners at all...very unfreindly.
the lady with short cut hair that work in the front literally have THE WORST customer service !!!
You can never get information, one person passes to the next and so forth, can't call and catch anyone, to try and get information, because conveniently the mailbox is full and no other extensions are available! Guess for 10 months of trying, my attorney will get the job done! Worthless!
When I call the staff is very rude as if I'm wrong for being my fiances voice. He has turned in his home placement papers days ago and they still have not processed it into their system. I just want answers to why they're not properly doing their job. If they hate it so much find somewhere to work and let someone who cares about the justice system have that seat.
