I have been a patient of this dental clinic for over 20 years and have consistently experienced excellent care. This service is extended by all the staff working there inclusive of administrative, dental hygienists as well as Dr Hatamian himself. Myself and family alike are repeatedly treated well and our needs have always been accommodated . I would highly recommend this dental clinic without hesitation.

I've been a patient of Dr. Hatamian and his team since 2011 and have had great experiences since the first day. He is thorough, professional and his calm demeanor helps put me at ease (I've given them a hard time with my gag reflex!). I've been driving 60 kms from Burlington for years to see Dr Hatamian because he and his staff are so amazing. He is gentle and expert in his service. Also very kind with a good sense of humour. I'm not a fan of the dentist, and if im honest I'm totally afraid but they always put me at ease. If you're located in the dt core this office is also very conveniently located.
Good reviews led me here and I'm very glad they did. It was a very short wait getting in as a new patient and I was very pleased with my experience from the start. Been a patient for a year now and have been very pleased with the level of care from everyone here. Never had any issues with treatment, appointments are on time and everyone is just lovely (small, warm practice).
As a long time patient of Dr Novak and now Dr Hatamian I have had the best service of any Dentist in my experience. His team has knowledge of my likes and dislikes and each visit they make every effort to maintain the best possible care for me and my teeth.

Great service and friendly staff. One thing that I really like about Dr. Hatamian approach is that he always offers different options for even simple conditions such as a chipped tooth. He takes his time to discuss pros and cons of each opinion and to educate patients. This has been a great change compared to my previous dentist, who always made me feel there is only one solution, which happened to be the most expensive one. When I chipped my front tooth, I was upset and nervous. I thought I was going to lose
my tooth. I looked for a dentist in Toronto who provides emergency dental services. I
found Hatamian Dentistry on Google, and learned that they also offer cosmetic dentistry services. Dr. Hatamian fixed my tooth and I was so happy because the tooth looks great as if it was never broken. I felt so confident and could not stop smiling. I have been going back to the Hatamian Dental clinic for my regular check-up and cleaning.

Worst costumer service ever.
Cancelled the appointment 2 hrs before the scheduled time when I already took a day off work and was on my way (from Oakville).
Next time they couldn't stand 30 min delay because of traffic and canceled it again. Although I gave them a heads up for the delay and was told it will be ok.
Never gonna step in that place again.

My personal need is not to face such an arrogant attitude as I experienced on the phone, at the office, and in your reply text below.
My personal need also includes at least 24 hrs notice of appointment cancelation, not 2 hrs when the costumer already took a day off work and on the way to your office. It means to respect costumer's schedule and life.
My personal need is for the service provider to stick to their words. If I was told that the delay is not acceptable on the phone I wouldn't come all the way to your office.
I'm sure these personal needs are respected by all dentistry offices. You also expect the same when asking for a service.

I have been coming to Dr. Hatamian for almost 5 years now. Its very convinient to me as it is across the street from Davisville Subway station and three blocks away from home. They also have an office downtown, right on King and Yonge if I need to go in from work during lunch time.
Ohter than the awesome location, the Hatamian Dentistry team is formed by superstars! Dr. Hatamian is an excellent professional, Tina the awesome office administrator, Katarina the bestest hygienist, and everyone else in the office are just super amazing and makes me feel amongst friends! ;)

However, I've now had several procedures done by Dr. Hatamian, one of which included a referral to a specialist, and I have been very happy with all. When you're getting a series of appointments for a root canal, it's difficult to feel positive when you're dealing with pain. However, despite the agony of getting any major dental work done, Dr. Hatamian and his staff did whatever they could to make me comfortable, calling to check in on my recovery, finding time to finish the procedure and doing whatever they could to make the process as painless as possible. The dental clinic itself is the most friendly and hygienic one I ve visited in Toronto . I also immediately noticed a remarkable difference to the way I was treated from other clinics I had visited and received treatments from. Dr. Hatamian is very knowledgeable and professional. He really takes an interest in his patients and walks you thoroughly through the procedure and addresses any questions or concerns you may have.

Dr. Hatamian was the best dentist after I had my tooth knocked out in 2013. The crown he made me looks perfect, and I regularly get complimented on it by other dentists. Moreover the experience of the appointments is made comfortable and easy, especially with the support staff (Helen and roseana always help me out). All in all the best dental expertise and experience in Toronto.

I have been going to the Scotia Bank location since a teenager and continued after Dr Hatamian took over. I like the consistency of the staff and the fact that Dr. Hatamian practices preventative dentistry as I'm not a fan of the drill.
