If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Management knows how to manage up but not down and Kathleen the HR person believes HR stands for Human Roadkill....

Ugh, unless you're Indian you won't get ahead. And even if you mention the racist treatment, the lady in HR will ignore you and retaliate.

Typical bait and switch in the hiring practices, they hire FTEs only to be bullied by contractors forcing them to leave. It has been a revolving ever since, lot of talent has left due to heavy gaslighting.

If you are a female that is looking to excel in the Information Technology field, then this company is not the ideal place for you. This company let another highly capable female I worked with go.
Majority of the Information Technology department culture is based on misogyny and a cultural bias that has perpetuated since the genesis of the company and has continued within the company to this day. The other unfortunate aspect of this company is the Along with the Senior Vice President of Quality Assurance; the Human Resource Vice President is known for discharging and faulting the female Information Technology employees. It is also known within the organization that the Human Resource Vice President will not support nor advocate for the female Information Technology employees that have come to her with concerns and/or complaints and either out of siding with the males in the organization; either in not wanting to starting waves, losing institutional knowledge or losing her job (these two are speculations on her behavior) she has ignored the patterns and the complaints/information of the current/former female employees who have either left because of the toxic environment or were let go because they were deemed a female threat .
Another down fall is management in Information Technology is that management is not held accountable for their actions. This company will rather fault the employee than hold upper management accountable for their unsuccess s. This company is set on having many managers (based on a cultural bias; in addition to getting away with unethical practices and segregated actions), but none who know how to manage down or manage people at all. I cannot speak to all the departments within CSS.
As an advocate and mentor of women in IT myself, I d like to shed light on unjust actions when they occur with me or without me involved.
In reviewing the positive reviews, majority of them seem to come from one group.
