Colusa Casino Resort Review

Not very nice people as far as customer service goes.

I've gone to this casino twice and both times I walked out with more money then I walked in with.

This casino is great.small offers a little bit of everything .The employees are helpful and generally "present"&pleasant.

Wonderful place kind of Hardy Drive lots of space concert rooms and really nice hotel buffet great dining all the accommodations that you can need for a high-quality Hotel and a lot of jackpots have been one there lots of car giveaways

Unfortunately we were disappointed. First, the casino is literally out in the middle of no where. For us, sometimes that's a good thing but the cel service was non-existent. The wi-fi was not encrypted so it's not secure. The curtains in our room are fixed. We like our rooms in a casino hotel to be pitch black. If im up all hours gambling i want my room to be dark if I'm sleeping all day. They don't close. They give you $15 free play if you sign up for their players club plus $10 if download their app to your phone. It would be nice if it wasn't awkward. You have to spend a dollar of your own money leaving you with $14 on the card of free play? There's got to be a better way, a friendlier way of doing it. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was phenomenal. We recommend restaurants Table 45. The pulled pork sliders are screamin'. 37Seventy and their Chateaubriand is incredible. It's was anniversary and they gave us a wonderful chocolate pecan cheesecake!

After the remodel the place looks a lot better Jacks place has great food and drinks. In the other hand the buffet has ok food and there prices are way to high for what it is....

Love the rewards I received this month much better than any casino thus far wish I was having better luck on the winning end time will tell the driver is a little far but with the rewards I think it's worth it can't wait too see what next month rewards will be just as good

I stopped to use the restroom and it was nice and clean

The services and employees there were all nice and responsive towards the people while being respectful.

We had a great evening. Dinner in the steak house with friends.

Had a fun night, but when we went to our room and need bottles of water. Went o the vending machine to find there was not one on floors 2&3, had to to lobby and the machine was out too. Thankfully the man behind the counter gave me some. I really believe they need vending machines on every Foor!

Best bingo hall in California! Friendly employees, professional bingo callers, nice size pots to win. Love to play bingo here. Do okay in the casino. Sometimes win, sometimes lose.

In terms of restaurants: the Gold Standard. Connie is the best waitress. Chicken tender app are the size of Boeing 747 wings.

Very nice and clean. The casino was not smoky, could breathe better there than at any other casinos. Very friendly and helpful employees.

Dishonest personnel! They don t like to pay their vendors how much paying off jack pot winners. I wouldn t trust my money here!

Too small, not many people win, I've never won there

It was a cute small little casino with very nice people.

It's been 14 years since I last visited. Love the new remodel job and the hotel vision. Still a great place to gamble and play bingo.

Great little casino, not too far off from Colusa itself.

Ok for a small casino. Today no bingo but every day but Monday will have. Buffet looks small compared to Thundervalley or Red Hawk. Not sure if it worth $20. Won twice here on the slots. About 6 card tables. Ample parking, free valet. There is a section for RVs. Some parking under solar panels for shade but a little further walk. Nathan's hot dog kiosk was closed today.

I have enjoyed Colusa casino in many ways. The food is fabulous at all the eateries. They have lots of tournaments, raffles, and ways to win prizes. It's a fun place to go. I love it.

There was a roach in the bath sink and the bathroom floor was dirty. Even though it was a free room I expect a clean room. I've gotten free rooms before and was always satisfied.

Great Casino! Clean. My Swiss Mushroom Burger was great. And the French Fries were to die for! Didn't win much, but didn't lose much either. I will definitely go back!

This casino always eats my wallet.. the most I've gotten up to was about $360.. it eats my money I swear

First and last time I ever go to this Casino! When i called to ask about promotions, i was told that we would get $25.00 and a free buffet. Turns out you must get 250 points to get a free Buffet! What a SCAM! Avoid this place!

I was harrowing a wheel chair and the guy almost put me on the ground . He didn't apologize. Dull. And installed in with 1000. . And trying to read machine was walked up on by some security idiot. So after playing an Asian machine by front door and making it hit 8 times in around 15 minutes walked out with 75. Of there money

I enjoy Colusa Casino very much, and not just because it's my hometown casino. I recently visited a much larger casino in Redding and I was very disappointed. The slot area was very small and all of the machines were old and their non-smoking area was just tired looking. Colusa Casino has new machines every week. I've been to every casino in this area and none have the variety that this casino does. The employees are very friendly and the food is good.

Boring, u never win. They take out all the good game. Buffett isn't much for 15$.

Worst payouts ever. Friday night and i didnt see any winners. Tightest machines ive ever played. I will not be returning ever. Garbage rip off establishment.

I like this place for its efficiency and professionalism. The computorize blackjack makes winning easier if you know it's weak points. The place is a bit sterile and lacking in greenery but who cares? Sometimes the smoking is noticeable on busy days. The Bingo is a nice addition. Free sodas!

I don't like it because you only leave your money but it depends on each person

It was very difficult to find. At night the wooden signs aren't lit up. The machines weren't paying at high rates. They advertise they had a $3 million dollar winner. When I was there no one was yelling, little excitement. Also the change machine, after you put all your coins in it, then they tell you there is a %9 charge. I took my coins out of that machine. We need to be told BEFORE we give you are money. I won some small jackpots here, this same week I won hundreds at 2 other local casinos.

A very reasonable place to visit and gamble and eat and drink and have fun.

Nice place. Much cleaner than Winriver casino in Redding.

I had a great time at the show I was at. They lose a star for allowing smoking at the entrance of the showroom. I was standing in line and people kept smoking near me and it really bothers me to have to breathe that. The area around the showroom entrance where people line up should be smoke-free.

Luis and Marcus are the only saving grace this place has. I do not leave bad reviews for a one time thing. But this is horrible. I have called for someone and waiting to get money out of a broken machine 1hours 11 min to get a live breathing human.... z

Not an exaggeration 5 of 7 machines I used broke down and same wait wait wait story.
This worst part is people who actually do their job and will suffer losses because management and greed from cutting staff so bad it makes so many leave. Do not waste your time here.

Loved it, this was my first visit and I was very impressed.

Good selection of slots. Table games limited. Some machines are quite old but they do have many new ones as well
