Colusa Casino Resort Review

The room got stunk of old cigarettes smoke we wanted a non smoking room it was dark and dimal could not open windows

they are getting way too "updated" on their slot machines and hardly EVER pay out. Way better casinos around. I would not go back unless the offer was great! Go to Thunder Valley, Gold Country, or Feather Falls... you'd enjoy them 10 times more than this casino.

Love the Seafood Buffet on Fridays. Prime Rib and Crab Legs on Friday, too good to be true. Great selection of food.

I hadn't been there in years because the slots were tight and the staff wasn't very friendly anymore. Recently, I seen a tv ad where they claim to be the friendliest casino in the region. So a couple of weeks back I went there with two friends. The best part of the trip was the breakfast at Jack's. The waitress was really nice and attentive. The place was empty for a Saturday morning and the person at rewards center acted like I was bothering her when I asked for a card and again when it wouldn't work in the kiosk. While playing my rewards card stopped registering so I missed out on some points for sure. I hadn't even noticed that it had stopped registering in the machine and don't know why it did it. I finally just decided to go because I didn't want to bother anybody else that worked there. We went to another casino and the experience was 100x better..won't be back to Colusa any time soon

Love this casino, great food, great bingo and okay slots, I play bingo Nd do the Buffet great bread pudding with brandy sauce.

I will not go back the security accused me husband of taking money off a slot machine. I was with him the whole time and he never did.

Table 45 was a great place to eat. Great service and good. Process are decent but could get pricey.

Friendly people. However, casino is small and somewhat crowded. Buffet is okay, but food runs out quickly if there are many people. Floor service appears nonexistent and ticket change machines are few. One positive is there is a machine to change your change to bills.

It was a lot of fun playing bingo for the day there

They are all very friendly and helpful its clean for the most part but I did notice alot of ashes from cigarettes on alot of machines but other than that great place to hang out.

Save your money folks - Colusa casino is a good place to stay away from...They don't pay!

Jack's is a great restaurant. Good food, good drinks, good atmosphere.

The atmosphere of the casino itself was enjoyable. However there was a smell about the casino that made me feel a little uncomfortable. I couldn't tell you what the smell was other than it wasn't very inviting.

Stayed last night there,YOU can hear the parking lot noise all night.i was on the third floor?????.the desk person need to learn how to smile.

Nacho fries at Jack's place are amazing. Evidently there's a solar installers convention taking place here, and they seem to be an obnoxious bunch. "Bro!"

I have been to this casino multiple times to play bingo and gamble. The bingo is fun and you do get a return when you gamble. I usually win or break even but the hotel is horrible. Me and my mother stayed there on three separate occasions horrible experience each time. We tried to give the hotel a chance but it failed miserably. The first time the room they assigned us was dirty. The room had food boxes, condoms and a dirty toilet. They apologized and moved us to a different room. The second time their system went down and they could not check us in for a hour we literally had to walk around the casino with our luggage until they could work it. Then when they fixed it system we went to the room the thermostat was not working so it stayed on 69 degrees the whole time. It was dead of winter and we froze as they did not have any other available rooms to accommodate. The third and final time I took my mother there for her birthday. They accidently charged me for a night for a complimentary room then they held three times the room amount on my debit card. The manager stated the clerk was new and I would get my money back 5-7 business days there was no instant refund. If I wanted a refund I had to drive 2 hours back to the casino to get a check. The front desk also told us that their system does not allow you to check out early with out charging you even if it complimentary.
Overall the casino is good, food isn't bad but the hotel is horrible. Don't waste your time or money. Go to Thunder Valley, Cache creek or Hard Rock. The service is better and the rooms are nicer. The difference is like comparing the Motel 6 to the Marriott. The casino is in the middle of nowhere you would think they would have better service and nicer rooms to accommodate there out of town travelers.

I've been going to Colusa casino for many years now. I love it. The recent remodeling has made it much nicer also. Great place for drinks, meals and fun.

Headed up from Yuba City we stopped at the Colusa Casino on the way to Chicco to get Rob a bite to eat do you have an awesome buffet style set up that s relatively cheap and if you have extra cash you can go and spend it on the machines. Parking is awesome accessible and it s a fun place to spend an afternoon.

Never seem to get ahead and they took out my favorite game kitty glitter months ago.. But i do appreciate the $10 freeplay and $5 food credit on mondays for veterans.

We wanted to go to the 37seven restricted. However, it isn't posted that the restaurant is closed. We were a bit disappointed. It looks go online.

This is an ok Casino. The four stars are because they do take care of veterans and they have an RV only lot in which to camp. The important part is RV only. You don't end up like at Cache Creek with a bunch of buses crowded all around you in a lot the size of a basket ball court. But that's for another review.
I had a good time here. The players club is easy to navigate, the food was good, all in all not a bad place.

No drinks and slots are miserable. Didn't win anything but the highway, there were free drinks but wasn't offered any. Disappointed and didn't have any fun

They have really nice rooms, they are County Style .they offer hot tubs, and laundry service.plus they have fine dining.after you have seen a show you have a large selection of games to play

The casino staff was excellent. I've gone to other casinos in the area and the staff wasn't even close to colusa. The food was also excellent.

It's a wonderful Casino. Fair payouts and definitely decent win percentages
