The lack of detail and customer service from this company has not only cost me time and money, but has now put my small business in jeopardy since they took it upon themselves to cancel all my orders, prohibiting me from getting my products out. For a company that touts customer service on their website, they are void of this in their sales department. It is clear they only care about the big customers and not taking care of the small guys. And when issues are brought to their attention, they blame it on the customer and terminate their accounts. The worst part, this has been going on for 3 months, now they cancelled all our orders, and in the middle of a national crisis, our small business is now in jeopardy because we cannot distribute our products. I suggest using All American Label or someone else, not Columbine Label. Cheers.

We ordered our labels through Columbine and are BEYOND pleased with how they turned out! Not only do the labels look great but Christy helped us every step of the way. She and her team achieved in just a couple weeks what we had been trying to get done for over 4 months! We are so grateful and highly recommend! (This is the reason for the 2 stars as the first order was great.)
*** Unfortunately, I have had to change my review based off of our last order. We had updated some of our labels to add UPC codes, using the same graphic designer. When our second order of labels came in the mail, there was an obvious error in the print. We alerted Columbine right away to which they said they would fix and reprint. They did reprint at no charge, but once the "fixed" labels were received there was still an obvious error (not sure why there was no proofing done by someone before these were printed??) We once again alerted Columbine, to which we were given the response that it was due to our graphic designer (the one we have been using all along) offering NO solution or refund. We were already weeks behind in needing the labels. This forced us to have to turn to a different company and pay for a new dye, overall costing us almost $1000.00 (A large expense to a start up business.)
3rd Edit** After my last post, Erin from Columbine did reach out and rectify the situation. She was very professional and helpful. For that I am grateful.
