This property management company has been nothing but horrible. A handyman installed a 1-2 bedroom size garage disposal in a four bedroom house without taking out the dishwasher drain plug. Our entire kitchen flooded only to have Columbia Home Management LLC lie about it. Now one year later no repairs have still been done. Poor communication, one sided stories, and lack of management, for this reason I gave them 1 star.
