Very disapointed. I was planning to use Algo paint...
Very disapointed. I was planning to use Algo paints to repaint our new house before moving into it. This brand looks serious from the reviews.
So already, the concept of only putting certain colors in the store and the rest on the internet, I'm having trouble. Obviously, the shade style I want is not in store, so you have to choose on the internet. It's not easy to choose on a screen.
So I ordered 4 patches of the colors I was hesitant about. Besides, I do not understand that we charge for color charts. And even less that we charge 6.80 delivery for 4 pieces of colored paper. In short, I still ordered because I really don't want to be wrong, and I was keen on this brand. I ordered on August 2nd. It's August 11th, I still haven't received anything, and I can't track the package because I don't even have a tracking number. No luck, I'm going on vacation tonight. We will therefore have to wait for my return to choose the color (if however I end up receiving the famous patches one day) and then order my paintings knowing that the paintings must be done on August 20. The timing is too tight, I won't have my paintings on time and on top of that I spent 15 on patches for nothing ...
Not to mention the question I asked by email about a shade and which I never had the answer to ...
In short, I am extremely disappointed because I really would have liked these famous paintings. Having a 7 month old baby, they looked good and not toxic so they could move in right after.
EDIT: after calling customer service, a promo code for the amount of the patches (still not received) was offered to me. So I ordered my paintings immediately. Efficient customer service, even called me back to let me know that the chosen relay point was unavailable.
On the other hand, I received my big paint pot re taped all over and smashed. It even ran around the edges. The GLS carrier is truly a disaster. I have not yet dared to open the pot, I hope there is not too much loss.
