I chose the Algo brand to limit the environmental impact for the renovation of our newborn's bedroom. It was without worrying that this brand "green" commercializes the color "big matte white" only in 5L or 10L ... While the satin exists in 2.5L (go understand ...). We still have 2 doors to paint and no solution except to buy 5litres of paint. How can one claim to be sensitive to the environment and yet force users into over-consumption? Also pay attention to this color which is far from white but rather light egg shell (frankly far from white). And finally almost impossible to mix by hand, so plan a turbine! Positive point: good coverage
Nothing to say about the quality of the paintings or the efficiency of the staff when you have a question ... in short, people at the top :)

Regarding painting, we have redone ceilings and walls. We have prepared our surfaces well, applied the undercoat and 2 coats of paint. The result is very beautiful. What is appreciable is the ease of application, the smell is very very light that we will forget, the cleaning of the tools very easy especially in lukewarm water. The quantity of paint was that announced (I even have some left).
We were so happy that we decided to also paint the risers and bars of our varnished wooden staircase. It gave it a modern side!

Very disapointed. I was planning to use Algo paints to repaint our new house before moving into it. This brand looks serious from the reviews.
So already, the concept of only putting certain colors in the store and the rest on the internet, I'm having trouble. Obviously, the shade style I want is not in store, so you have to choose on the internet. It's not easy to choose on a screen.
So I ordered 4 patches of the colors I was hesitant about. Besides, I do not understand that we charge for color charts. And even less that we charge 6.80 delivery for 4 pieces of colored paper. In short, I still ordered because I really don't want to be wrong, and I was keen on this brand. I ordered on August 2nd. It's August 11th, I still haven't received anything, and I can't track the package because I don't even have a tracking number. No luck, I'm going on vacation tonight. We will therefore have to wait for my return to choose the color (if however I end up receiving the famous patches one day) and then order my paintings knowing that the paintings must be done on August 20. The timing is too tight, I won't have my paintings on time and on top of that I spent 15 on patches for nothing ...
Not to mention the question I asked by email about a shade and which I never had the answer to ...
In short, I am extremely disappointed because I really would have liked these famous paintings. Having a 7 month old baby, they looked good and not toxic so they could move in right after.
EDIT: after calling customer service, a promo code for the amount of the patches (still not received) was offered to me. So I ordered my paintings immediately. Efficient customer service, even called me back to let me know that the chosen relay point was unavailable.
On the other hand, I received my big paint pot re taped all over and smashed. It even ran around the edges. The GLS carrier is truly a disaster. I have not yet dared to open the pot, I hope there is not too much loss.

We were looking for a paint that does not create indoor pollution. We chose Algo Paint to paint all the walls and doors in our house. Color paints look great with great hiding power. White paints (mat and satin) are also very beautiful, although a little fragile and with less covering power. The painter had to put 3-4 coats for the white but in the end we accept this cost to have a non-harmful paint.

I used this paint and I was very satisfied. I originally bought it from LeroyMerlin and during confinement I bought it on the online store. The paint is very covering, the yield announced is real, has a beautiful finish, and then resists washing well, it does not "flour" at all and almost no odor. It must be mixed well at the start. A brand that was promising!
The underlay has made bubbles. My professional painter had to go in urgently to buy a sublayer of another brand. On the phone, I had been told: "with a professional painter, he will know how to do it, it is the same technique of application and the same tools". But it made bubbles. and he had to redo everything. 300 of underlay unusable. I asked customer service last month if we could find an arrangement, every time I call, I'm told, "we'll call you back, I'll see with my colleague". I do not ask for a full refund, but partial. Pfff, when to take responsibility?
