Very nice experience. Enjoyed the facilities and the spa. Mezes option from Apollo dinner was a bit disappointing but otherwise great experience.

Service, cleaning, room equipment - very good. The hotel is located in a picturesque bay, hiking trails in the mountains and the coast. There are bike rides with a trainer.
Cons: to Limassol or Paphos taxi 45-60 one way, there are only a few restaurants on the territory adjacent to the hotel - either cheap and with unceremonious handling, or quite expensive. In general, the cost of food is comparable to the price of living (about 500 / day for two + child).

Found the Columbia Beach Resort via the EWTC site: Great hotel with very high recreational value! My wife and I particularly liked the great service: all employees, from the general manager to the cleaning lady, made sure that everything was fine. Small problems were fixed extremely quickly. Great!
The breakfast was very rich and tasty. Even in December it was easy to have breakfast outside in the sun. After a short time you were greeted personally (almost with a hack) and personal preferences picked up.
The evening events that you can (but don't have to) attend were super organized and wonderfully entertaining.
The location is also ideal! Paphos, Limassol, Troodos Mountains, Larnaca and Nicosia: everything can be reached by rental car within an hour.
The hotel complex itself is located directly on the sea. Since there is no through traffic here, it is - apart from the sound of the sea - very quiet. Our room was very spacious and had a balcony with a view of the Mediterranean Sea. Great sunrises included.
Overall, I can only recommend the hotel. The very beautiful complex, the great service, the excellent food and the convenient location are really a brilliant combination.

Location in the middle of the island ideal for tours by rental car, without being optimal. Stone beach like almost everywhere. Executive suite very large and with really great bathroom.

A beautiful luxury resort in Pissouri. We stayed here for 2 nights with my girlfriend and we loved everything! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, clean and the bed super comfy! The food was absolutely amazing! I had the best Risotto ai funghi I have had in my life! I would go back only for this ahah! Overall was everything perfect and I would definitely recommend it this resort :)

Great resort - like family !!! .. After 10 times vacation there ... "Not at home and yet at home". There is absolutely nothing good to report !! That's why we'll be back in the fall!

Had a wonderful relaxing break here in early October. Great service, excellent breakfast, great location with a nice beach. 30mins away from Paphos.

Excellent luxury resort. Food was of excellent quality, entertainment was appropriate and very tasteful. Staff were polite, professional and attentive.

We went here for our Babymoon and had the most amazing and relaxing time. Great hotel (clean, modern, good food) and very dedicated and friendly staff! Will come again!

Wonderful hotel with exceptional service. Seems worthwhile to go for half board. Fish of the day in the Apollo Tavern was the best meal we had here, simple but fresh and cooked just right!

Just great! We have visited so many Greek 5 star hotels and we like to think back to this diamond. A very nice facility, very friendly staff, delicious food, great wellness area and the view of this dreamlike bay! Here you can relax. We had a nice room at the front of the sea. Simply recommended

One of the most beautiful resorts in Cyprus. Quiet location between Limassol and Paphos on the lovely beach of Pissouri village. It is a resort that has everything, good food, children club, comfortable rooms, lovely personnel, gorgeous view to the Mediterranean Sea, a relaxing spa and much more. A place that you will never forget!

Attended a wedding here , it was beautiful. Good space for wedding venue . Great bar and the food was excellent . Didn't stay in the hotel so can't say anything about the rooms.

Very nice hotel complex, large rooms, short distances, good sports facilities (the gym is well equipped, the courses are fun). The food is very good, the staff extremely nice. The adjustments to the current Covid situation are hardly noticeable, there are no relevant restrictions.

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, friendly, helpful and attention to detail. Looking forward to returning.

Beautiful area, very nice courteous staff, very good food.
Here you can relax, whether on the balcony of the room, at the pool or on the beach with a great view. Clean water in the sea and the natural pebble beach offer sporting opportunities, of course you can build here no sansburgen, but great swimming and water sports.
The restaurants are very pretty and the staff very accommodating, the food is great. What more could you ask for. The rooms leave nothing to be desired.

Gorgeous resort, friendly, professional, gracious staff.

A superb resort in a stunning location. The hotel service at every level was outstanding and all of the staff were very attentive and professional without ever being intrusive. Great restaurants, very comfortable accommodation, immaculate gardens and it all comes together to make for a very relaxing stay. We'll be back.

We stayed for 9 nights. Everything was great: friendly staff (Karmen especially); amazing food/breakfast; very good rooms with nice view; etc. Plenty of places to lay out by the pool or beach areas. Internet was super fast (included). Gyms area were also superior quality, but limited to 4 persons at a time (good reason, Covid-19). Small suggestion....move some equipment to other training room(s) since the gym was popular, and since people were asked to book the times for gym (and sometimes not arrive/depart on time).

Overall, staff managed well during covid-19. I respect their team who were all great.

Not the most sociable place, or the cheapest ie pint beer 6 euros. However lovely accommodation and wonderful food with plenty of space in March. And good weather

Wonderful beach, nice rooms, good restaurants and friendly staff. It has tennis courts and indoor fitness rooms and a nice indoor and outdoor pool. Recommended for families.

We returned to the Columbia needing rest and relaxation after a very difficult year.
We are fully restored.it has worked its magic.
Everything was wonderful.
All the staff were helpful and kind.
When we got caught in a heavy shower one of the staff gave us his umbrella.
We enjoyed the service at breakfast and in the Apollo Tavern. The food was good portions too large for us!
So hope we can return.

This place is a small paradise on earth. There is everything you need to relax and enjoy a good stay. Professionally trained personnel, make you feel very welcome. You are being offered a welcome drink, even if your room is ready. Amazing views, large pool, spa, variety of restaurants. Beautiful, clean and large rooms, will offer fruits, coffee and water.

Beautiful hotel area with 3 alacarte restaurants. Half board is not necessary.
With half board you have 3 courses to choose from a course costs about 15 to 40 euros. Rooms with great sea views are rather rare.
But if you get one :-).
The beach is a pure pebble beach (very big stones)
..... but there is a huge huge sandbank on the side :-)

Lovely Resort nothing to complain about the room service staff is very understanding and calm. The breakfast is very diverse and delicious. An extra advantage are the loving cats which can be seen and pet in the whole resort.

After the renovation one of the top hotels on Cyprus. Perfect location. The ideal place for a break.

It was our first visit to the hotel. We loved the warmth and hospitality of the staff and the beautiful calm climate that exists in this area.

We arrived at my birthday and were surprised with cake, champagne and macaroni. Such an investment ... something amazing! We will come back here again and again

Enjoy the Silence 5 *

We enjoyed a great holiday here (10 days in late June / early July 2019). Due to its location, facilities and service, the hotel offers a very good opportunity to relax. The journey from Paphos airport was uncomplicated with about 35 minutes by taxi and advantageous compared to a bus transfer. We were particularly impressed by the hospitality, the friendliness and the welcoming culture. The check in with a drink and the late check out offered were absolutely professional. Many things made a very positive impression on us here. (free water per day / minibar, welcome fruit plate, night service with fresh towels, chocolate as bedtime treats, fresh flowers in the room and bathroom, daily hotel cosmetics)
We had a junior suite in the west wing, which in practice didn't look as bright and modern as in the hotel pictures. Nevertheless, we felt comfortable, we really liked the sleeping comfort, the peace and quiet and the room cleaning / room service. We also had short distances to breakfast and the sea.

The wonderful sunbathing lawn by the sea with a very attentive service at the garden bar was a place of rest and relaxation. (Mr. Panicos) In the early morning hours we were often the only visitors, could listen to the sound of the sea and the birds or read a book undisturbed. (At the reception there is a small library with German books). In the garden there are about 50 comfortable garden loungers (wood with trailers) and a towel service. It is not necessary to reserve, even around 11 a.m. there is still enough choice. Initially, only one family had reserved their loungers every day at 7.30 a.m., later other guests felt encouraged to do so. This is where the hotel should take action. The beach is stony and has a wooden path or pontoon right down to the water. Bathing shoes are recommended. Swimming in the sea is very possible. There are separate showers, changing rooms and toilets adjacent to the lawn, which are cleaned several times a day and are in top condition.
We didn't even visit the impressive pool area (indoor, outdoor, children, bar) because we felt more comfortable by the sea.
The hotel offers various restaurants. We had only booked breakfast here and regularly went to the small taverns in Pissouri Beach in the evening. The first evening we ate in the hotel (Apollo Taverne), the quality of the food was very good, but some prices should be reconsidered. (Espresso 4.50) The Italian restaurant in the hotel was only open on a few days - a shame.

We also liked the hotel in terms of its location, trips to Paphos, Limassol and the Troodos Mountains were possible without long journeys.

The smallest problems / misunderstandings in the hotel were resolved immediately to our full satisfaction, the management even organized a complementary bottle of sparkling wine.

Shell, for quiet couples who want quiet service and cleanliness

Like for me one of the best hotel in Cyprus. plus nice quiet localisation.

Nice and wonderful hotel in the older style. Great nice pool, but the beach is nothing. Very stony.

Run for over 30 years by a German who is respected and appreciated all over the island, because he is u.a. Local staff employs what he pays above average. Hotel pico bello, beach great, room / food completely ok. Without animation / children's entertainment, but enough children there, who were talking to each other.
Just around the corner is still the luxury variant - also the same owner.

If you're looking for a good place to stay in October then this is a good option. We searched for ages trying to find a place that that wasn't too tacky, had good facilities and wasn't going to be full of half naked, lobster red Brits. This place mostly delivered on that.

Whilst its website and general marketing implies luxury, it is slightly short of that, more 4 than 5 star as it doesn't quite get the detail right to make the grade. For example, the towels that they give you for the beach are slightly aged, or the 1990s television in the room didn't work properly. But don't let that put you off. Personally I think you'd struggle to find that much better in Cyprus. It's right on the beach, it's not too expensive in the hotel restaurants/bars and the facilities are excellent, the staff are nice and the location is great.

Luxury hotel, excellent service but average breakfast

Large hotel on the western edge of Pissouri Bay. Quiet zone. The staff smiled at us all day and helped with everything we asked for with joy and patience. The hotel is not cheap but definitely offers good value for money. The hotel has 5 restaurants, a very high standard breakfast, a variety of good food. A quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is about an hour's drive from the airports in Cyprus and it is worth renting a car, there is a large free parking. The hotel has a quiet and neat private beach with a bar. The hotel allows guests to stay with animals. Large rooms (our room was about 60 square meters) are fully equipped (eg weight and espresso machine), a general atmosphere of peace and quiet, highly recommended.

We have visited this beautiful Spot for our Honeymoons in June 2018. The hotel was freshly renovated and in very good quality nothing a German could find to complain about. ;-)
The room we had was very nice it was in the west area of the hotel. We booked a suite so it was very spacious with a lovely balcony and thanks to ventilators on the ceiling you could choose to turn off the A/C. We had as well fresh flowers on the room which have been refreshed regular and a nespresso machine where the capsules got filled up daily.
The food in the restaurants - especially the Taverna Apollo - was very delicious and there was regular live music as well in all restaurants. It is to say that they are a little expensive but we have tried spots outside of the hotel but they just haven't been as good as in the hotel.
Breakfast in general was amazing with so many things to choose from and all very delicious.
The pool and beach were nice - even though it's a stone beach.
You had a nice selection of water sports and compared to my previous experience they've been quite cheap and very friendly there.
Staff was through out the way very friendly and helpful they tried there best to make all our wishes come true.
And Spa was very nice as well with a variety of treatments to choose from and with regular prices. At given point in time a Full Body Massage was 95 .

Loved this place! We are definitely going to return, and quite soon.
