Fun place to do snow tubing for kids and adults together. They had multiple easy and difficult slopes for different levels of fun! Appreciate the Magic lift which took us up the slopes effortlessly.

Would never go here again. Took the family there last winter. The wind started picking up while we were there and started pushing people on their tubes across the hill. My wife started on one side of the hill, was blown across the hill and hit an exposed vertical water pipe towards the bottom. She flew about five feet up in the air and landed on her back. I went down to check on her and realized there wasn't a single employee monitoring the hill except the lift attendant at the top. From where he sat he couldn't even see most the hill. Luckily my wife was ok, just a little sore and shaken up. I went in an told them they needed to close the hill and just got blank looks. As we were leaving, I looked at the Fraser Tubing Hill, and saw 3 employees at the bottom monitoring the hill and directing people out of the path of other tubers. We went there once before and had a much better and "safer" time. They seem like much more of a family operation and the employees actually seem to care about your safety.

Had a blast here! Decided to go here with some friends for my buddy s 40th birthday. We left the kids at home with Grandparents and hit the tubing hills of a two hour session. What a blast! We went late afternoon which wasn t too busy at all. The method back to the top is a conveyor call a magic carpet that worked great. Different levels of difficulty marked. Music playing outside and they have a nice fire pit. Already planning the next trip back with our kids!

Waited in line and was told it would be 30minutes for a tube. Ok, no big deal, we waited. After 45min we went back up there and were told another 30min, ok... We waited. Again, told 30min. The place was a mad house of angry, pissed off customers.

This place is just poorly managed. They have iPads for the waivers, but run everything else on paper. It shouldn't be hard to understand how many tubes you have, how many you rented out at what time and when you will have tubes back to accommodate. Was not pleased to have 1.5hrs wasted for a priced sledding hill. I'd save the cash, buy your own sled and go to a free hill... The old, classic way :)

Awful experience! Extremely long walk to conveyor belt. My 6 year olds were even complaining about the walk. Getting off the conveyor belt was icy and slippery. Lack of communication by employees both at the base and at the top. In the end we went down once and asked for our money back, which of course they would not do. This was not our first time tubing we had used the Fraser tubing hill in the past and never had any issues. Back to the original Fraser tubing hill for us next time.
