This is Franci Greenberg. I will sadly admit I am struggling and have been for a few years with Colorado Access since a case manager came on board and thought it smart to bully my now Late dad, Harold Greenberg. He was my beautiful dad and caregiver. She didn't pay him for MANY performed duties. He was a CPA and knew this. Since, I have been struggling with trust as I have been through so much as I also lost my home when he died and Colorado Access truly showed little compassion as they CONTINUED and STILL continue to run me RAGGED. Enough said. I worked in the Medical field and it wouldn't be accepted to do with some people with some diseases. But those with rarer unknown illnesses, get put through the mill and what happened to me, could happen to anyone at Colorado Access.

The new manager for "Customer Service" is very rude & bully like to the employees of that dept. A Union is terribly NEEDED to keep managers like "her" from obtaining management positions. A "Toxic" manager is a terrible look for this company.

I called Colorado access because Denver health LGBTQ services wasn't getting me anywhere as far as counseling or when I would have a follow up appointment, I called 2 of the 5 numbers giving and finally got setup with a therapist I really wish that Denver health LGBTQ services and afew other places would let you know the nessary steps for transitioning even a pocket with step by step information

As a behavioral health provider, I have had nothing but positive experiences with Colorado Access. I am paid promptly and potential discrepensies are dealt with immediately. I expect that this reputation will only improve with Renee Fletter now acting as the Provider Relations Manager.
