Colonial South Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Review

My wife and I received excellent service from David. I recommend that anyone in the market for a new car go see him.

My husband and I overall had a really good experience purchasing our Ram 1500. Tony is a very knowledgeable and likable salesman and we believe we got a fair deal.
One comment to account for the 4 star rating is at the time of the deal my husband said he wanted mud flaps. We were told sure thing we can do that.They were on order when we picked up the truck, Tony said he would call when they came in, which he did. We made arrangements to have them put on. Now the disappointment for us is my husband got the impression that the mud flaps were included in the deal. They weren t, which cost us $198 for flaps and installation. Maybe shame on us for assuming the mud flaps were included. Certainly when included is not the case the customer should have some idea from the salesman of that cost.
Most importantly we love our new truck and would sit down with Tony again on our next purchase!

They apparently aren't too keen on keeping their inventory updated or on their customer service. Found a specific Ram 1500 I was interested in on a Third Party Website. I sent an inquiry in, and then received a response asking me to agree for them to text me, which I accepted. I then received an e-mail from one of the sales individuals informing me the specific truck had been sold quite some time ago. If that was the case it should have been removed a long time ago. Further, it could have been worth the try of offering me an alternative, which didn't happen either. I was told the vehicle isn't available, that is it. What a great way to turn off a potential customer.

I was so happy with my experience at Colonial South Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Dartmouth. Everyone I spoke to was very professional, courteous, and helped me with any assistance I needed. I will not go anywhere else now that I realized how great their service is and wish I went here sooner. Thank you to everyone who helped me fix my recall on my Jeep and also for assisting me with a separate issue on my vehicle as well. I was so impressed with the level of customer service I received and I am so grateful for each and every staff member's assistance during my visit.

Poor customer service & training. New guys there didnt even know how to help or do apps and the manager didnt really bother either and let us work with someone unexpierenced..they just try to get people threw there doors to meet their numbers and most likely wont keep their word..big stay away for me place is ran like trash and seems like they have a few people there with actual knowledge on financing/car knowledge..told them id be back and went to Jeep in raynham haha

I brought my car in for service and John was my service advisor. My entire family brings their cars to see John. He is extremely knowledgeable and really takes the time to give you the best service. Highly recommend

We have a family owned business and purchased one of Central Dodge's (in Raynham, MA.) Promaster City vans in 2018. We enjoyed working with them at the time however, when I called the other day to try and get service on the work van that had broken down, I was told they wouldn't be able to get to it until a week later which did NOT work for us.
The van happened to break down not far from Colonial South so I proceeded to call them and see what they could do. I got a very friendly woman on the phone and she was able to pull the van up and make us an appt for the next morning at 930am. This was much better than the other dealership.
I received a phone call the same day we dropped it off (around 2pm, which was only 4 hours later) and they said that the van was all ready to be picked up! Impeccable service. We were elated that they had finished it. Being down a service vehicle is really hard and they made it a lot easier on us by fixing it so fast. Thank you guys!

David helped me select a new Dodge abs drive it off the lot the same day. It didn't take much time out of my day and he was also very nice.

Dave and Mike were wonderful to work with. I started working with Mike, who helped me find my car, and finished up with Dave. Dave made sure all my paperwork and registration were all set, so I didn't have to stress it.

We had been looking for a pre-owned Jeep Trailhawk and found one at Colonial South Chrysler Jeep Dodge. A two hour drive from home but well worth the trip. Our sales person Filmore was terrific and made the process easy along with John in finance.

Every review on here is a lie. Every time I bring my Chyrsler in for service, they lie about how long. Stop work on the vehicle to work on multiple cars at the same time and keep promising you "in a few more hours." Alway's the same story there. It honestly raises your blood pressure dealing with them and you feel defeated.

As far as purchases, They tried to screw me on the price of my jeep, then when I went to take delivery, it was the wrong jeep. I went through hell with them. Please beware of this place, they are awful.

I am done with them, but I don't have a good answer because most dealerships just suck so bad it makes me hate owning a car.

Dave Beard helped me get my dream car and made the process of buying a car very easy and fast! Throughout it he was very patient with me and took the time to make me feel comfortable in my new car. Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend to everyone.

So I didn t get a chance to buy a car from the dealership but I did get an opportunity to talk to the manager Nor and he was awesome. I called in regards to a company car that was on the road, and he was so understanding and very helpful l. He is the definition of a great sales manager.

I called on a Sunday and spoke with Mark who was more than accommodating. He told me to swing on by and given my recent experiences at dealerships, I was a little hesitant. Boy am I glad I did. He set us up with Chris and they had the exact vehicle that we spoke about for the exact price that we discussed. I have visited 5 other dealers this weekend and if my next vehicle is in colonials vehicle family, I will gladly purchase it from them. All other dealers should take notice and attempt to measure up to colonials high standards of honesty and professionalism. Truly a class above. I just recently purchased a vehicle from here and I have to say I haven't ever felt so well taken care of. Manny worked with my crazy demands and Everrett helped me through the process. Carlos and Everrett both test drove with me. Paul was great with the financial part. Truly thank you guys. Y'all made it an adventure and I couldn't be more happy with my choice.
