I would recommend that you find someone else to do the job. Almost anyone can install a roof but it takes a top-notch company who will warrantee and guarantee their work. Offering meaningless words about we will get back to you within 72 hours and then never returning a car is a regular practice of this company. The last call for service went completely and answered this Carl suggested I get back with him for five days which we do not even anticipate to hear from them.Unless they re giving you the roof look elsewhere

I highly recommend Collis Roofing.

I have had some very bad experiences when dealing with contractors. Grab the money and run types or bait and switch sales reps. Some say one thing and do the opposite. Most of the time you don t find out how bad they are till you already have much to lose. This is not the case with Collis. More specifically, Ken Duquette.

I was treated with patience, experience and respect. He took the time to make sure I understood everything and did research if we needed extra direction for certain aspects of the job. He was always on the level and true to his word. It was like being treated by the best member of your family. No exaggeration. Just a really good guy. I consider myself lucky to have met him and gotten his assistance. There s no one finer in the business.

$ 1150 repair for my roof and they don't guarantee or warranty their work ! WOW !! I'll keep my $ and spend it with a company that stands behind their work .....

We moved to central FL from out-of-state. The roof, installed by Collis, had known leaks per the inspection. The seller failed to disclose that there was a warranty on the roof. We dumb-lucked onto the information indicating the warranty. We contacted Collis who was willing to only give us a bid on the repair job not to honor the warranty at all, no expections. Their bid was almost double of the other two bids we received. Based on the shotty workmanship of the installation, the horrible customer service, and inflated repair estimate we went with a much better company (Roof Top Services) who went above and beyond our expectations. I do NOT recommend Collis to anyone! Their office staff is unprofessional. Their prices are above the competition. And they clearly do not stand behind their work. Very disappointed in Collis Roofing!

Revising my review from a few months back. After we all got on the same page regarding what we needed and how to get there, Collis stepped up and delivered a great roof installation. With a few punch list items needing attention, I think their staff and workers did a good job of making sure our investment was top notch.

From the start to the finish they were GREAT! The customer was actually important! A screen company had installed an elite roof improperly, they even fix that. My house looks great and I can now use my screen porch without it leaking. CHOOSE COLLIS!

From the initial phone call to inquire about a new roof to completion of job, every single person we came into contact with either in person or on the phone was courteous and able to answer our questions. Our roofing team worked from 7am to sundown to complete our roof and the clean up was GREAT! We had one minor glitch during the process and Collis was quick to remedy this issue. Great job to the entire team. Oh, and the seamless gutter install was flawless and professional as well!

I contacted Collis after my roof was damaged by hail because I had seen their crews working at other houses in my area. From start to finish, Collis was professional and responsive in working with my insurance company and performed the roof replacement on schedule as promised. One thing I'll always remember is that Collis sent a food truck out to our house everyday the work crew was there and provided all crew members with a hot lunch. I feel they take pride in keeping a quality and stable workforce.

We love our gorgeous new roof and appreciate how easy Collis made the reroofing process. Jonathan patiently provided lots of shingle color options and styles. He also gave us addresses where we could view roofs on homes in our area. The crew that installed our roof was very professional. We didn't have to point out wood that needed to be replaced. They were on it! They cleaned up every day before they left. Once the job was over we scowered our yard for nails and found only a very few in our hedges. None on the grass! Amazing! Jonathan came back to make sure we were happy and quickly took care of 2 small extra needs. No big deal. We cannot recommend Collis highly enough!!!
