Collins Mfg co. Review

I own a salon suite in Nashville TN and the owner of the building and I have been waiting for the furniture she ordered to ship and be delivered for nearly a month now.. and it s been a huge inconvenience for me as a salon owner. I have had to reschedule with State Board 3 times after being given different delivery dates.. I ve had to push back deadlines reschedule clients etc.. all because somebody is taking their precious time delivering a station and a shampoo bowl.. EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT.

I have been in the beauty industry for 50+ years and have bought equipment from many distributors and manufacturers over the years. I can say by far that my experience with Collins has been the best by far. I will never buy equipment from any other vendor. Thank you to Ron Collins, his family and employees for continued great service

Perhaps great quality and service, but at a HORRIBLE expense to the employee. Employees are underpaid, and denied upward mobility. Most of the shop equipment is in a horrendous state of dis-repair, and is REFUSED to be fixed or updated. ANY complaints or suggestions from employees about quality of operations is regarded as "trouble making" and will result in condemnation. And ANY employee so much as keeping something from the dumpster will be viewed as a "theif" and will result in IMMEDIATE serious discipline. Many employees there have worked for YEARS without ANY "job upgrade" or pay increase. Sure, you can get great products from a "sweat shop", but why would you really want to?

Most helpful business ever. Randy got back to me immediately--even though they don't carry the part I needed, he knew who did and made sure I was taken care of. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars.

I just purchased 4 B50 Collins barber chairs from mr. beauty equipment and I couldn t ask for a better barber chair!!!! The guys that work for me love them , our customers love them , it s a great solid chair. I would recommend collins barber chairs to anyone in the Barber industry ... thanks
