Perhaps great quality and service, but at a HORRIBLE expense to the employee. Employees are underpaid, and denied upward mobility. Most of the shop equipment is in a horrendous state of dis-repair, and is REFUSED to be fixed or updated. ANY complaints or suggestions from employees about quality of operations is regarded as "trouble making" and will result in condemnation. And ANY employee so much as keeping something from the dumpster will be viewed as a "theif" and will result in IMMEDIATE serious discipline. Many employees there have worked for YEARS without ANY "job upgrade" or pay increase. Sure, you can get great products from a "sweat shop", but why would you really want to?
