Being part of the Collegio di Milano was a truly stimulating experience that allowed me to broaden my horizons thanks to the interaction with people from places and paths of study very different from mine.
I have been at the College for 2 and a half years a few years ago, but still today the network of friends and friends created for me makes the difference.

I lived at the College of Milan for 4 years, I entered in 2008. The College has changed so much in these years, gradually worsening. The services are poor, the food and the cleaning also: in the rooms a mouse has been found and the drains in the bathrooms of the rooms emit the smell of sewage. The old managers and directors of the cultural program have been dismissed and the quality, as well as the transparency, of the activities carried out by the management, is in my opinion greatly diminished. 5 years ago it was a college of excellence, made up of excellent students, researchers, PhDs: people of great value, the so-called ruling class of Italy. The fees were calculated based on the income brackets of those who were admitted: therefore, admission was meritocratic and importance was given to the value of the people entering, and not to the possibility of paying 1000 of fees (as is currently the case) . It is (was) a place of great value, a flagship for the socio-economic development of our country, which due to bad management has lost, in my opinion, its value.

I have been there for a year. It is sold very well, but does not offer half of the services it promises to its collegues. The cultural program is poorly managed and offers little concrete. Don't forget, given the prices too.

I lived at the College of Milan for 2 and a half years and it was a fantastic and unrepeatable experience.
The friendships born in the College have become the friendships of a lifetime, unique! This experience has made a great contribution to my personal training. The cultural program offers interesting insights to deepen one's own culture and knowledge. The testimonies allow almost weekly to be able to meet people from the business world, culture, journalism and art in the "living room" of the College. The rooms, all with balcony and all with bathroom, have the right size to live in autonomy. There is a library and study spaces that allow the right balance between community life and concentration for one's work.

"The College of Milan has represented for me an incredible experience of both training and personal growth. The structure, in addition to offering countless advantages including the fact of having large open spaces, a very equipped gym and a music room with all the instruments , guarantees the exciting journey linked to the cultural program.The cultural program together with the testimonies of various leading exponents belonging to the cultural world, gives the possibility of adding to the university competences also notions of other nature that allow to learn of transversal and undoubted knowledge value. The College of Milan simultaneously was also an extraordinary training ground for life thanks not only to the international but also to the family environment which was then created with the other collegiate groups.This allows one to feel immediately accepted and part of a collegiality which makes of diversity (ethnic, cultural, nationality and therefore of studies) its greatest wealth. I strongly advise everyone to choose this path, ensuring that once they have started they will not return to being the same people as before but full of new friendships, experiences and knowledge that only this magical place is able to give ".

The Collegio di Milano offers a 'wonderful opportunity to come into contact with amazing guys, enthusiastic and desire to improve. The numerous stimuli and opportunities that the collegial community suggests are the real added value of this college. The cultural program is often an unknown quantity because it depends so much on the professors involved. The testimonies of important people are a great merit of this college.

The positive aspects of the college structure are:
- the well-equipped gym is open 24 hours a day;
- spacious cafeteria with Sky;
- the silent library open 24 hours a day.
There are various problems: first of all the kitchen, with only 4 cookers and 2 fridge for more than 100 students. At lunch when there is the canteen is a hell not to mention the rudeness of some people who do not wash the dishes used.
Secondly, a little 'small rooms, but they are designed to sleep, not to spend the entire day. (Be explicit request not to be put in room number 10, it is extremely noisy because of 'lift close).
Third and final criticality is the straight, 1000 are excessive but you can deal reduced thanks to scholarships.

In conclusion it's an experience worth living if you're extroverted guys with desire to improve and make new experiences. I strongly advise you to apply for admission to those kids who are just looking for a place to sleep with some comfort, the college should be lived in community and not in a 3x2 room.

My hope for this college is that the leadership will stop getting lost in bureaucratic minorities and commit to involving new companies to develop the talents that make up the college, avoiding filling the college with students who can afford the tuition but probably not if they deserve.

Definitely positive experience. I had the opportunity to meet good people with whom to forge lasting friendships. There is no denying that, over time, there have been some changes that are not always positive. However, the conditions for being an excellent structure in which to live during the university years are all there.

I lived for a year at the College of Milan and that was enough. The rooms are small with ancient furniture, at table we eat badly and do the cleaning so to speak. Not to mention the much-celebrated cultural programs, which in reality is a huge bullshit and makes only lose a lot of time.
Even considering the absurd request of 1000 euro monthly fee would suggest going in the apartment. In summary, there does not recommend it highly and do not understand how this place can still boast of the College of Merit title.

The College is a University Campus for students from all over the world who come to Milan to take courses, masters and university studies. The structure is well maintained, with excellent cleaning and a great organization. The staff are extremely efficient and with great experience and form a formidable team.

The Collegio di Milano is much more than just a university residence. I lived here for three years and met fantastic students, friends who will accompany me throughout my life. Students, the environment, and the cultural program are the true added values of the College of Milan.

I joined the College to begin my university career in Milan; I had so many dreams and the desire to get involved and the readiness to seize the innumerable stimuli offered allowed me to accumulate experiences; thanks to the network, to the courses aimed at developing Soft Skills and additional services such as the Career Service, and obviously a lot of humility and dedication, I managed to build the foundations for what I hope will be a path that will lead me to grow again in future.

If today I am a better person than three years ago, I owe it to the College of Milan and to the people I met during these three years. Thank you!

I left the College of Milan a few months ago because I found a job abroad. I must say that only now do I really realize how much the experience of the College has made me grow, in terms of autonomy, responsibility and contacts that today, outside the walls of Via San Vigilio, make me a network in a complicated world and sometimes really difficult even for the most "basic" things: finding a home, making documents and things like that!
In hindsight I realize that even the races to get to the lessons of the cultural program today acquire a greater value, today I know that I have learned things that go beyond the specific content of the course (which perhaps I will not use), but I have learned to relate to myself with others, to speak in public and to make a project, something that my colleagues, young and inexperienced -prolatively speaking- like me, do not know where to start. But I do! I really feel like saying: thank you College!
