My car parked in Bayside centre basement was damaged in a hit and run. no security camera system, very unprofessional Centre staff, They advised an incident report will be lodged to the management and insist I don t need to pay any excess to make an insurance claim as I m not at fault.
REALLY??? Based on the fact you CANNOT provide the details of the car/driver that hit and run??? Are you serious Bayside Centre?
