Becky Jensen is a fantastic realtor. She listed our home & within 48 hours we were under contract. Flawless experience. I would highly recommend her!

While Bea Barnes is wonderful to talk to and work with, the maintenance and accounting staff leave much to be desired.

In the 6+ months we've had our house rented we've seen only ONE full rent check due to constant and sometimes repeated service calls to our house. When queried on the situation the staff often responds in a snarky, (and in my opinion as a paying customer) unprofessional manner.

Why not just tell me why the random overpriced vendor you sent out to deal with my bathroom once already had to go out a second time for the same thing? Also, why did we pay a second time for a job that was reportedly completed months ago?

When asked if the company could provide us with an itemized list of the repairs for our own tax auditing purposes, they stated it was not their practice to do so and would not accomodate.

There are MANY property management companies in the Warner Robins area and as it stands I cannot recommend them to anybody.

Rental Department would never return calls had to call over and over if something broke or needed attention. Worst customer service I have ever had in my life. People in the front office are nice and apologized that management company was run so poorly.

If you are a home owner looking for a property manager that takes terrible photos of your home, fails to communicate effectively, and continuously addresses work orders in an inefficient and expensive manner then this is the company for you!

On a serious note, I have been with Coldwell Banker for almost two years and its been a disappointing experience. I will say they have been able to quickly secure tenants for me, but they have absolutely no other strengths. Its probably best to pass these guys up and find a higher rated company.

Dorothy Mitchel was absolutely a pleasure to work with when we bought our house! We were moving here from MD so there was a lot of text & email correspondence & she answered every question & kept sending me listings. When we narrowed it down to the houses we wanted to see we came down & spent a few days looking & she was very knowledgeable about the area & helpful in answering questions I had regarding each home & what I might do to alter them to fit my handicap needs & even recommended contractors. Once we picked the house we wanted she was great in negotiating what we asked for & we got what we wanted. Once back in MD she continuously kept us informed of everything along the way ie, inspections, (old & new, the house had prev offers) & kept made sure work on the amendment to the sale was completed. She was fantastic, & let me tell you, I ask a lot of questions lol. I highly recommend her & her office if you're looking to buy a home! She's the best of the best!!!

We had an agent that worked around our schedule to find us exactly what we were looking for. The customer service was excellent. I don't know if we could find a realtor who was genuinely willing to help us as much as our realtor did.

Only rent from them if you would like your rental property to not get fixed on time or have the people that fix it randomly show up at your rental. No call aheads for anything dealing with your rental. They are also very rude and have no urgency to return your call. When your rental is back on the market dont worry they wont show up or call when they say they will but if you wait 6 hours and cancel all your plans then you will get a text. Needless to say I will never rent from them again.

One stop for renting a home or buying a new home! It is convenient to get to and the staff is a pleasure to work with!

They did not care about our property. Inspections weren t done as they should have been and the few that were, they were not thorough. I would not recommend using this company to manage your rental.

I was a real pleasure working with Bea and her team over the past 11 years! As the property owner in Kathleen, GA, her team was always there for whatever issue occasionally happens (repairs, etc.). My top experiences had to do with their maintenance department...they were always available to take my phone calls/texts/emails...even getting repair estimates in a timely manner from several local professionals. Property management excelled in finding great tenants quickly, as well. I appreciated their occasional property inspections w/ pictures as needed, especially because I lived in central Illinois! They made the contracting aspect very simple for me & provided easy, log-in access to rental income/expense tracking through their website. I would definitely recommend Bea Barnes-Ott & her team...I really appreciated their help! Don't forget to take advantage of the CBSSK realtors (co-located) when it comes to buying/selling, as well...I used Jenny Bryant! Best buying experience I've ever had. Best realty company I have dealt within 18 years and 9 homes of my military career. Bea Barnes and her team have amaaaazing customer service and are genuinely there for tenants and the landlords. Any issues that came up with the house were fixed expediently and they gave me a plethora of options on how I should get the problems fixed. Thank you Bea!

I recently purchased a home in Warner Robins and my realtor was Beverly Hicks. Bev was awesome and was always quick to respond and get us in early for showings. There was one occasion where I wasn't available, but she was able to video the walk through for me. Can't speak highly enough about Beverly and her team. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I've been with Bea Barnes and Coldwell Bankers SSK here in Warner Robins, GA for 5 years! I'm active duty military and they have really made me feel like family. Being in the military and moving away from family it's nice for new places to welcome you in and make you comfortable. I recommend them to anyone moving to the area, especially military!

My wife and I recently purchased a home through Coldwell Bankers using Donna Lewis as our realtor. She was extremely helpful. We had numerous mishaps (no fault of Donna); she was extremely patient with us and calmed our hesitations and continued to encourage us the entire time. Her most favorite comment was "Darling, I want you all to have a home you will love."
The end of this story is "We have a home we love!"

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! We have a three year old and a four month old and are going on our second day without Air Conditioning, with no response other than that they cant do anything until Thursday between 10 and 4. This has been an ongoing issue, we have had the AC and Fridge go out several times now, with no long term solution. We are expected to go 3 days without AC in the Georgia heat, with two small children. They won't even return our phone calls or emails and are not worried at all, if this doesn't constitute an emergency, then I don't know what does. They are unprofessional and unresponsive to put it mildly. Only one star because it is required to post a review.

Coldwell Banker SSK really is on top of technological advances to get your home the most possible exposure in order to get your home SOLD fast!! I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to sell their home.

Where do I begin.

I m a disabled veteran who needed my GA home sold so I could pay off my debts. Currently my only steady source of income is my disability check, which barely covers my must pay bills. I commissioned Michelle Tapp From Coldwell banker SSK after I had a terrible experience with another realty company out there. When I commissioned Michelle I explained my circumstances and that I need the home sold quickly and with enough profit to cover my bills. I asked multiple times to be given an idea of what I ll make in the sale. My query was met with deflection and redirection every time. I watched close to $25k In equity vanish before my eyes. Michelle placated me with terms like others people sometimes own money and you asked me to sell your home which I did quite well I might add she makes $5k, the buying realtor makes $5k, the attorney, broker, and everyone else involved made money off of MY home being sold. I didn t even make enough to pay back my debts related to this home. Her final message to me was finished with Merry Christmas. Thanks, I ll be lucky if I m not homeless by the new year. She doesn t care about her clients well being and clearly does not have an issue with making a solid profit off of a disabled veteran living in another state. If I had known I was going to be taken to the cleaner I would have let the house be foreclosed upon. She s got terrible ethics and I advise steering clear of her and anyone who is associated with her. Taking advantage of a disabled veteran is deplorable. Merry Christmas.

I have used their property management office for my rental for the past eight years...I trust them and not once did I have any issues! They made me feel like family...

I rented a house through Coldwell Banker recently and had to wait 2+ months to get the security deposit refund. After the first month of waiting I called the office and they told me it would be mailed in a day or two. After another week I began calling a few times per day and was transferred to the property management department each time with no answer. I left multiple messages and none of my calls were returned for over a week, yet I knew that he was at the office because each day they told me he was there. Finally got an answer and was told that my check would be mailed in another day or two. After waiting another week, I began calling daily again. A few days later I was told that my check was ready and I ended up having to drive down there and pick up the check. Ridiculous. I will never do any form of business with Coldwell Banker again. Maybe my money isn't too important to a company their size, but nearly $1000 is a big deal to me.

Today I closed on my 2nd home and I would like to acknowledge one of the best realtors Julie Hastings for being patient with me and helping me to find my beautiful home. Thank Julie you rock

My family and I were Coldwell Banker SSK Realtors clients from September 2013 through May 2015. From the few and far between service calls (because the house we rented was in great condition), to the promptness in response to emails or phone calls that we placed in the duration of renting; compared to other management services we've utilized, Coldwell Banker and its employees were always professional in dealing with any issues that arose.
Bea Barnes took special interest in us and ultimately became a mentor and friend (insert smiley face). At the time, we were an active duty military family and she was there to support us through not one, but two deployments!
Allen Hickman was our realtor for both the renting process and for when we decided that we loved the house so much, why not buy it (insert smiley face)?!
From the very start, our experience with the staff has been nothing short of our expectations. If we had to do it all over, we would rent from them again AND would recommend using them to our family and friends.
In the next year or so, when we move and rent our current house out, we plan on using their services to manage our property!

I am a busy professional. I had the opportunity to lease a home through Coldwell Banker SSK in Warner Robins for over a year. I received nothing but the best of service from their fine crew. I can only give them the highest marks!

Let me preface this by saying I wish I could give ZERO stars. Joyce Honachi didn't even show up to a scheduled viewing after we drove an hour to walk through a property with my toddler in the car. Started out great--I get a call immediately after requesting info on Zillow, but then I can't even get a courtesy call to ensure that I am not wasting my time after you haven't heard back from the email and text you tried to send???? (Coward) I'm literally driving to meet you, that's why you didn't get a response. Rude as all get out, that's all I know. Guess my money isn't good enough for you people. You know you realtors are easily replaced, right? Dime a dozen. I'll take my 28 year old self and my $200K check somewhere else. Byyyyeeeeee.

Great knowledgeable agents. Happy environment. I recommend them highly whether you are buying or selling a home.

I have tried to get in touch with Bea Barnes literally 30+ times about several rental listings in Warner Robins over the last 2 months and have not gotten a single response.
I ve called into the office, left messages, spoken with assistants who assured she d be in touch, sent emails, smoke signals, and telepathic waves. It s a wonder she has so many clients, but it s not surprising that the houses are still listed, bc she obviously is not very interested in renting them.

Best Home Buying Experience ever! My agent Michelle Tapp in Warner Robins made it just as much fun as any other online shopping experience. Having bought 4 houses in 3 different states previously from outside the state, I know how stressful the process can be with so many decisions to be made, especially not knowing the area. Decisions such as: which real estate agency (not even, which realtor); which community/neighborhood, nuances of developments, etc. My counselor, Courtney, with Navy Federal Credit Union s RealtyPlus program made it easy. They assigned Michelle Tapp as my realtor.

Michelle was extremely knowledgeable, not only about the area, but also the particulars of the communities, school districts, shopping, etc. She knew about the houses and the history of the different areas, which ones were on city water, versus septic important items to some of us. I had an open door to the houses available in the area at all time, which made my shopping experience very easy. I had a very pleasant experience with Coldwell Banker realtors. My agent Dee Bunn was very helpful and attentive throughout the whole process. She made sure that everything was getting done and even put up with me being a little impatient with information very well. We recently rented a home for a year while our home was being built. Every service call, every issue was handled quickly and efficiently. This made the entire transition very smooth. I have recommended their services to friends who will be renting their home out. A+ service! Keep it up!

For 20+ years they managed my rental in Warner Robins sending monthly statements and taking their percentage. Small repairs were required even fewer change of tenants. When the current tenant left, she left major repairs. Turns out Coldwell has no records of any walk through of the property for decades. There was major wear and tear and damage. When I asked them to sell it as is, they dragged their feet, and insulted me for asking them to do what they agreed to do in a timely fashion. When I presented my concerns to the manager, he told me to get someone else to list the property. Truth is there wasn't enough money in it for them. They let me down horribly. I would not trust them.

Had a great experience renting through them. Any issues I had with property were resolved in a timely fashion. Just bought a house for my mom recently and this was the only place that came to mind.

I recently bought a home in Houston County with Dee Bunn as my realtor. Dee was easy to work with. She was understanding, patient, and diligent. I trusted her to negotiate the terms of the sale, and she did effective work. USAA referred me to Coldwell Banker and Dee, and I'm glad they did. Dee made the home buying experience pleasant because she was conscientious throughout the process of looking for a home, making an offer, negotiating a purchase contract, and closing on the home. I recommend Dee to other military families who are buying or selling real estate in Houston County.

I don't like how bills are paid to the contractors of their choosing without the homeowner authorizing the repair. This company, in my opinion, is more concerned with the contractors being paid and the company getting their commission before the homeowner is paid their rent. Further, the agent managing my property either does not have a handle on the policies and procedures of how to manage a property or she is just flat out dishonest. I want to believe that the latter is not true. I have had tenants in my home since mid August and I have not gotten a full month's rent yet, but Coldwell Banker's and all of their vendors have gotten paid each and every month. I wan to see a detailed invoice of the latest repairs done in my home and I want a new Agent. I would like to be contacted by the Broker or Managing Agent at Coldwell Banker, SSK ASAP. I would recommend that anyone interested in a management company to manage their property to do their research and not just rely on name recognition.

While the jury is still out on how the maintenance issues and the payments for those repairs are handled going forward, I am impressed at how quickly the management and staff responded to my review, my text messages my phone calls and my emails. Everyone seemed very attentive and generally concerned about my situation and everyone expressed a genuine desire to resolve my issues as soon as possible. For this I say, Thank You! I believe, through our dialogue, that we have set this relationship on a new course and I am excited to see the results.

Michelle Tapp helped sell our home. She said it would most likely be under contract within 30 days and it was! The whole selling process went smoothly. Communication from listing to close was very quick and helpful.
