Best Home Buying Experience ever! My agent Michelle Tapp in Warner Robins made it just as much fun as any other online shopping experience. Having bought 4 houses in 3 different states previously from outside the state, I know how stressful the process can be with so many decisions to be made, especially not knowing the area. Decisions such as: which real estate agency (not even, which realtor); which community/neighborhood, nuances of developments, etc. My counselor, Courtney, with Navy Federal Credit Union s RealtyPlus program made it easy. They assigned Michelle Tapp as my realtor.

Michelle was extremely knowledgeable, not only about the area, but also the particulars of the communities, school districts, shopping, etc. She knew about the houses and the history of the different areas, which ones were on city water, versus septic important items to some of us. She enabled me to shop online thru Coldwell Banker s site for houses in a hot area and updated me, when new houses went on the market and/or price drops. I had an open door to the houses available in the area at all time, which made my shopping experience very easy. I earmarked a couple of houses for my physical home shopping visit and after viewing several homes we can back to the one I had earmarked, and I decided it was the one for me.
