Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. I made a huge mistake and hired this place to handle my real estate needs and all they did was cause unnecessary problems and delays for a over a month, making multiple careless and costly mistakes. The broker is nowhere to be seen or found and the office manager, Jackie Vidal Wagy, is as nasty as they can get.

Poor customer service. My experience as well as the other families involved was a nightmare and after phone calls and emails I did not hear from a supervisor. I am currently in the process of reporting misconduct. I highly recommend hiring a lawyer to protect yourself if you are working with or choose to use their realtors.

Horrible. I was interested in property in Pompano Beach, FL. St. James Condo on 11th Ave. I tried negotiating price. I took one day to think about the location- Distance and price she offered. Since we are coming from a high end, upscale neighborhood in the suburbs of Weston, FL. I called her and texted her, no reply back. I then called from another number she answered I told her how unprofessional she was. I wanted to accept the offer and move in ASAP. But then she hung up the phone on me. Very rude, horrible customer service. I would not recommend her to no one. I understand she doesn't make that much money from rental but if she doesn't want to help people she shouldn't take the listing or be in the Real Estate Industry. She totally under values Coldwell Banker Realty. If you see her picture or name move on. It is a waste of time. I will never be interested in Coldwell Banker reality again. Her name: CAROLINA MENDEZ CABRERA.
After speaking with the tenant that is currently living there now. Carolina treated her the same, she said. Not acceptable. Poor and low individual.
