One of the worst experiences I've ever had with Bill Raine. Not only was he my realtor, he was my roommate / friends dad. After wrongfully being overcharged for utilities for months, I told them I was moving out. A week later I got back to my house and they had changed the locks on me. My roommates were gone and Bill was the only one with a working key. He pretended not to notice the difference in keys. Having one day to pack my entire bedroom I used the entire 24 hours down to the minutes. Bill not only lied to me saying the new renter would be there earlier and I needed to be out that day, but he also showed up at the house for hours while I packed up and tried to rush me out. I would give no stars if possible. Very unpleasant.

I have had a great experience with Coldwell Banker Horizon Realty. The agents are very friendly and extremely helpful and professional. I would recommend contacting this company if you need help with your real estate needs.

This company is a complete joke and it s all because of JUDITH GREGSON. She is unprofessional and can t respond to any owners requests without weeks delays and she also doesn t talk directly with owners but listens to lies and rumours.

Took Christie Fisher 4 days to reply to a rental property. This was her reply....

Hello again The measurements for the ceiling - There is a bulkhead in the living room and that is 70 inches (roughly 5'8). The door frame into the bedroom is 66 inches (5'5) and that goes for about 3 and a half feet into the bedroom. Christie Fisher

Really really bad service provided by Manny Brar .... Really unprofessional real estate agent , bought a house in May 2018 and he promised landscaping and fencing in the deal but he did not get in writing from the builder as i requested him to do so and on the closing day he asked the builder about fence and landscaping , builder refused and we had to close the deal without fence and landscaping then he promised me on same day that he will get the fence and landscaping done himself and he gave me in writing but its more than a year and nothing been done till date and he stopped replying .Even i had conversation with manager of coldwell horizon reality & Engel & Volkers Okanagan they said they will help me to settle the issue but still it on same situation .....
i don't recommend people to buy house from Manny brar because he doesn't care about his clients just work for commission only .........he doesn't even know any kind of property laws for the investors from other provinces.

Please find somebody who has more experience than Manny brar.
