Very slow platform. Delayed in executing trades. and they take time to fix the issue

Slowest broker ever, caused many of my missed trades

COL has a very slow and outdated platform. The platforms lags each and every day. Also, it takes days for their staff to reply.

Very easy to locate. Accommodating staffs. We went to lodge our stock certificates and they were very helpful so we finished our transaction faster than expected

BEWARE !!!!!!!this website is a scam. they will always have an issues with their website and you cannot place an order with them. almost every day and every time the market is open, they will have a service down. their customer service are useless. again, LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT VENDOR IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR MONEY.
