BBQ is okay--actually the brisket on this particular night was better than I remembered. Low rating is for my takeout order often being wrong. Knowing this I checked it this last time. Counted all the food supposed to be there, but was shorted a side of coleslaw. Turned out what I counted was extra sauce container. If I go back, I guess I'll have to unpack it and open all the containers to check.

This place was way over priced, the food quality was average at best, and the server who helped us, while she was nice, was a bit clueless (e.g. she told me their fries were not steak fries and seasoned very well. The fries she brought out were steak fries and merely salted). I ordered a pulled pork sandwich with 2 sides and an unsweet tea. The sandwich was small, very little pulled pork, one of the sides, okra, was a bit over cooked and the infamous fries which I was hoping were not steak fries (and they were). All this cost $13.99. The tea cost $2.00 . . . for tea! I'll never eat here again.

Every time I eat at Cokers it's always tasty. In my opinion it's one of the best Bar-B-Que places around. I threw my 90 year old mother a birthday party there and the service was first rate.

this was the worst service I have had in a long time. My boyfriend and I waited for 15 minutes to be seated while several people came in behind us and placed an order to go and left before we were ever seated. I stopped counting at 6 people who had come and gone before we even got to sit. Once we were seated we waited another 10 minutes without any service. I have eaten here fore but I placed my order to go, that took a while too but nothing like this. Don't plan on dining in unless you plan to stay a very long time! Needless to say, I wont be going back. I guess its good they have regulars that are willing to put up with the crappy service, or they wouldn't be in business for very long. We went across the street to another BBQ place that was TERRIFIC and had amazing service.

Pretty decent food, nice staff. The sausage and brisket are great. The fries aren't really my type. They're freshly cut but not at all crispy. It's like they fry too many at once or something so they get soggy and greasy. Barbecue sauces were pretty good. Overall a good experience!

Been going here for some years now, but this visit was disappointing. Ordered a sliced beef sandwich plate. The sandwich had exactly 3 thin slices of beef. The turkey sandwich plate had 1 thick slice of meat. The chopped sandwich plate was fine. The sides were good, but the 2 sandwiches were a let down.

Awful!! Restaurant prices for self-serve. Don't seat people abd take orders. Have to order at front counter and pay there. One person brings your food and cleans up after you. Food was so-so and somewhat undercooked okra and burned meat. Won't be back. Got one star so I could post but didn't deserve it ...

This was our first time at Coker's. We went there on the strength of the reviews we saw. I must say if there were any bad reviews, it must have been an off night...
This place is in a word AWESOME!!! The food was good, the service gracious, and the atmosphere excellent. Let's talk about the food...
We ordered the 3 meat combo plate. The ribs are good very nicely. The sliced brisket is good. However, it wasn't as hot as I would prefer. The hot links have a great kick to them. I highly recommend the loaded potato. I got the Mt. Everest of loaded potatoes. They were not at all skimpy with the toppings and the potato itself was HUGE. The sweet tea is worth the price of admission.
We will most certainly be coming back!!!

Cold sandwich...fountain drink was watered down. The drive thru was closed and messy in back. I went inside to place a to go order. Just a sandwich and drink. The girl put a tip on my card when i hit no tip and she threw my receipt away. So i was overcharged for a cold sandwich ...Never will go back.

The food was okay. The problem is this is one of the few places that still have a smoking section, but the whole restaurant might as well have been a smoking section. The food was nowhere near good enough to justify the stink. I had to wash my clothes when I got home.

Everyone from the front counter to the service staff was very friendly! I got the three meat plate and pecan pie. It came out fast and was hot, no complaints there either. Will be coming here instead of Jambo's from now on. Fresher, better tasting food and a better atmosphere.

We really enjoy Coker's BBQ brisket and love their sauce. We've been going there for years. At first, we went inside to eat. The decor was red and white checks and Coca cola memorabilia. It was hard to decide on a selection from the menu because everything sounded good, plus the smell of BBQ from the kitchen drifted through the entire restaurant. When it became difficult for my elderly mother to go there to eat, we began calling in our order and picking it up. We're very happy to see they have added a drive through pickup window. We don't know for sure, but think there's been one or two management/ownership changes. I say this because over the years, there's been a few times when our food didn't seem as good or tender as usual. We ventured out to a couple of other bbq restaurants in Arlington, but always came back to Cokers.

21.99 for 4 toast family pack with sliced brisket. Meat was very dry, no flavor. Sides were very bland. Food was cold before I got home 5 mins up the street. Has made me not return in the past 6 months that I stayed in the area.

The BBQ is great.

The BBQ is great.
Try the all-you-can-eat so you get a sample all their BBQ.
The ribs are great, the brisket is never dry, usually marbled.
Sausage is good, turkey is good.
The BBQ sauce is made in-house and comes in a sweet and a spice variations.

The Decor is a novelty, all based on Coca-cola memorabilia.
It's like a museum inside there.
The facility's are somewhat aged, but it makes it seem like a good BBQ place.
I certainly don't look for good BBQ in spotless places.
Cokers is your typical hole-in-the-wall restaurant.

The service is kind of slow if you get the all you-can-eat, takes a while to bring the next plate.
The service is always good, never rising to the level of great.
I like that the same people still work there whenever I go back, about once ever two months or so.
