We have been renting an apartment at one of their properties for almost a year. Maintenance is almost impossible to get, there's almost never anyone in the office, and they rarely respond to messages.
They have lost our rent and tried to charge us a month's worth of late fees with zero warning and were extremely rude to my husband.I cannot stress enough, the level of unprofessional behavior here is atrocious. If I had another option I would not rent from them.

I just moved in, and I am very happy with Alisha Brooks' patience in helping me throughout this process. She was very kind, as well as knowledgeable and informative while filling in at this office during the interim period of hiring someone. She made the entire experience worthwhile. The neighbors have been friendly and tend to watch out for each other. I feel blessed to be here, and I could not be happier!

Took entirely too long for approval. I had three different people apply for an apartment. They all complain about the time. All three have moved and were very disappointed with the time it took for the office to get in contact with them. All three wanted to move at ROWP. One complained about the lack of privacy while speaking with the manager. Others where in the office while they where were speaking with the manager. I myself had no problem except the length of time it took. I'm very pleased with my apartment

I called today looking for a senior apartment complex for my mother in law in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. The manager who answered the phone, I believe her name was Abbi, was knowledgeable with the apartments criteria. Seems like a great company we would want our mom to rent from.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE SLUM LORDS.
I would give 0 stars if I could, I hate even giving one star.
I currently live at the South Pointe Apartments located in Dallas TX and i've never had a staff of people not care about such a severe roach infestation in my life. Everything you could imagine out of a bad apartment complex comes along with this company and their complex's/locations.
I'm litterally terminating my lease EIGHT MONTHS EARLY because the roach infestaion is THAT BAD. i have to BOMB all my belongings before I move or else I'd bring them with me. I clean my unit at least 1-2 hours a day daily, spray myself, and still have an issue with roaches. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.

Have lived at one of their senior apartments almost a year. Management is almost nonexistent on site. Have yet to get a copy of my lease. Trash hadn t been picked up for 3 weeks or more, grass hasn t been mowed in over a month, common areas haven t been cleaned (except by residents), landscaping is pitiful and I could go on! Owner needs a new management company!

I am a tenant at Appling Lakes Apartments.

Let me start by saying, by far the worse decision I ve made in terms of living arrangements.

Management- Terrible
Maintenance- They are trying but it s only two of them.
Compassion/ Empathy - Terrible, management doesn t care. They don t even walk the property to see the issues we are facing.

The Exterior- Embarrassing and Disgusting.
Trash compactor - A living hell- it looks like Dogs, cats and entire zoo stay over here.

The units are out-dated and apparently the management is outdated too.

Senior level management- get out your office, stop looking at those computers, and come see this fiasco for yourself! Then ask yourself, would you pay between $1300-1648.00 for anything over here?

I wasn t even a occupant; at one of there properties the lofton place, when into apply, the leasing agent stated they were waving all fees. I applied they took the money off my card when I inquired about it, Yasmin leasing agent and Angel the manager said it would be refunded
4weeks later no refund, Call the corporate office Mr. Calvin Fletcher gives the run around about processing the refund. It s always Wednesday the refund will be processed still no refund.

I wouldn t recommend no one leasing From there properties lack of morale, and no customer service. I called everyday and no one picks up the phone,

Then asked was I still interested in leasing there hell no, I can already see it s a horrible place to live
