I have been working at Cogneesol for quite some time now. It has a great working atmosphere. Everybody is very friendly and always ready to assist when required. The management here treats its employees in a very supportive way.

I'm working as a Staff Accountant with Cogneesol from last three years. It's an excellent place for growth and exposure. The work environment is very friendly and congenial. The thing I love most is their management, which gives me more strength to do my best and raise my standards of work. My team mates and supervisors are all very supportive and understanding. The salary is paid on time every month and regular incentives are given to the best performers.
Worst experience ever in this company. They are not responsive. Why you call so many candidates and conduct so many interview rounds if you are not interested to provide them a job.
Also they were asking unnecessary questions.

It was a really wonderful experience working in Cogneesol. The teammates are supportive, the management is transparent, and work pressure is moderate. The infrastructure is pretty good; there is a big cafeteria and a gaming arcade to relax and enjoy. The company policies are great, and they provide fair appraisals every year. Well ! Despite the fact that the organisation is rising so good economically and making great profit but still fail to pay hard earned salaries to their employees . Which is clearly unfair & not the way an employer should treat their employees. Really to be honest , it was not expected from this organisation.
While working at Cogneesol for more than six months, I have learned a lot with the help of supportive management. With time, I have enhanced my knowledge and expertise. I have made myself more independent and confident by gaining experience working with industry professionals. The infrastructure here is excellent, and they provide all possible facilities for the convenience of staff. Company culture is impressive, and everyone who works here is passionate about what they do. Every staff member has a lot of things to learn and to shine in a competitive environment.
they did not pay the employee well, not even after 2-3 years. a driver can get more salary. such a shame... Don't waste your time here. This company is Miserable.

Caution ahead!! Dare to join it at your own risk. First they call you, hire you, and then never call you to join when they acknowledge that you have managed to negotiate a deal which is beyond their annual salary range. Don't get lured by their bragging of the infrastructure. Having an infrastructure is not something to compromise your salary with. They even consider your absolutely true and genuine situation as unethical. Infact the entire company is unethical when it comes to making a decent offer to a candidate. Think before you resign from your company!! A small hike of one to two thousand that they offer will never make much of a difference. Better consider the perks for working in your company for a longer duration than changing and getting into this manipulative and time wastage one.

I like to work here because it is environmentally friendly; we have plenty of plants on the work floor, and the overall ambiance is good. Timings are perfect. My skills, including communication, sales, confidence, etc. have enhanced with complete support from my seniors.
