They should be more careful about which employees they hire and have cameras throughout the warehouse. Employees can use theirs own phone to communicate ... unfortunately I noticed by txt that an employee of that job Alasha Banks was flirting with my man when they had to release something on the back. That happened not just one time, couple times !!! ... Employee Alisha Banks was looking for him via text message during non-work hours ... knowing that he have a family waiting for him .

I was a temp for one year. I was recently laid off without any proof of why. They do a thing called PIP and that is for strictly improving. I was told after a few months of coming on time and taking the responsibilities of a full time employee that I had a very important role that I took very serious. No documentation of performance was ever noted. I was held there because the department was understaffed then laid off once another employee transferred to the department. I ve worked so hard and never once heard upper management say anything about my performance. I was only written up once as a warning of attendance never to hear anyting else about it. I was on time. Never took off early nor called in if it didn t pertain to my family. Favoritism and a lot of Pharmedieum associates are being hired straight through the door. I ve never seen a company that puts you on an improvement plan then you improve then lay you off. I worked my fingers until they ve cramped. Not one piece of documentation ever put in my file for performance. I loved my job more than words can express. I ve archived over 500+ documents for a month straight without the help of my team while my supervisor gave FT employees to come in if they chose to because they know the weekend is their party time! I was micro managed while people in my department asked me to watch out for me, I m leaving early. Still payed for all of their hours. I was told to let my supervisor know when I would run a little behind and watched my punches checked and approved only for it to be used against me. Not only did I improve in all areas, I was never given the opportunity to be FT when I ve seen my peers threaten to quit if they didn t get promoted only to be promoted after. I ve worked with a temp that only wanted a month s worth a checks and quit while I still put my all into this company. I was told because I m under contract no one at cognate could talk to me but I was put on a PIP that was company standards. Saw that piece of paper once as a warning. Never written up after. While I m working my colleague watched The Price is Right and soap operas. Favoritism played a huge role in my department. One year in with improvement and no documentation showing otherwise. How is it determined by upper management when I ve only dealt with one supervisor to be laid off with no grounds after improvement? Every document going out and coming in has my name on it. Every request through email shows completed by me. Never complained. I was called twice to leave early on Friday so that I could be laid off after organizing two departments documents to be filed in a cage I archived and boxed. It was a slap in the face. Unappreciated and used is the only way I can explain how I feel about this company.

I was required by an employer to reach out to this organization. My phone calls were never returned. My emails were never returned. I found the staff to be uncooperative. If this organization is staffed with highly trained professioal people, they hide them very well...
