I'm not normally one to share a review but felt the need to. My mother was in CRMC for 9 days, 3 of those 9 days she was in ICU and received good care, the rest she was on the floor and the care was hit or miss. My biggest thing as her caregiver was little to no communication about her diagnosis, the few times a doctor was seen we were given contradictory information. She is still not a lot better cannot receive any more care until her doctor can see her.

It's not the hospital, it's the staff. Seems like the day shift is always lazy and inattentive but you see them on their cell phones on social media. That is not their job and that's why many patients go lacking. I was admitted yesterday and didnt receive any dinner. When I told the nurse she said she'd see if she could find me a sandwich or something. She never came back until it was time to go. My boyfriend went and bought me something to eat. I will not tolerate this negligence today. The IV machine kept going off and I told them, still a no show so I got up out the bed and the alarm went off. It still took them a while to get here smh. I'm beyond frustrated and this I don't need because I have a heart condition. I will be speaking to someone today. If you can go somewhere else please do!

I have not had surgery in a long time, Dr Petersen was great! So good at explaining things, (lots of times when you are in healthcare folks assume you know, but its totally different on the other side). All the staff was super from asu, ms linda and anna, dr johnsin, jake and amber. The womens health nurses Darrien , Maggie, and Candace all so sweet and helpful trying to get me comfortable postop. I am appreciative of each one and so many that work behind the scenes to make CRMC successful! Proud of my work family!

My momma is ill so I am staying 24 hours a day with her for 3 days now. The 3rd floor nurses are so caring for every little detail during our stay. Also, I have no money to eat and the girls whom bring trays of food always give me a tray. I am beside myself that these employees have such a big heart. My tummy is full and I am OK to stay with momma all night now. From my heart a great big thank you!

My grandpa was told to be there at 8 for surgery. Six and a half hours into this he still hasn t been taken back. He is a diabetic and it is by the grace of God His sugar hasn t bottomed out. On top of all this I hear the doctors and nurses ordering pizza for themselves. Not a good experience at all.

Coffee Regional Medical Center staff went above and beyond for my 4 year old during her hospital stay in January. The ER was quick with triage and continued to keep us updated with the plan and wait times.Once she was admitted, the pediatric floor was caring and so sweet to my baby. They included her in the care and offered numerous comfort measures to help calm her fears during her stay. By the end of her stay, I had my wonderful normal toddler back that was smiling and telling everyone thank you for helping her feel better.

It is so calming to have such a wonderful, caring and top of the line service here in Douglas, Georgia!

My mother fell and had to be seen in CRMC ER. They were great. Quick to address her pain and was treated by a very nice physician. When she was discharged she was told she would need surgery. They scheduled it in a timely manner and everyone from registration and pre-op to recovery were fantastic. They took very good care of her. The employees of CRMC take pride in their patient care from environmental services to the physicians. I would definitely recommend using CRMC as well as CRH services.

Me and my mama has been here for 4 hours waiting. We came from AppleCare with shortness of breath and oxygen low and some pain in the chest. This us completely uncalled for. Next time I will NOT bring her to CRMC. Poor excuse for a hospital.

I ve taken my children several times for different reasons. There was one time my oldest son which is (4)yrs old had a patient band on with a man that was 4x his age! Then recently we went for my youngest. We walked in to the room and we could see all the long straight hair shed that had been left on the pillow. Needless to say I did not sit him on the bed! Every time the nurse came in she never washed her hands or even put gloves on! He s a baby already sick and she was not taken precautions!

I have sickle cell anemia and my experience with CRMC when I was admitted to the hospital last week has been a terrible experience. Half of the doctors don t have a clue on how to treat me. Then when they did admit me they put me in a room with no shower, only a toilet, sink and a curtain. The waiting time in the ER was awful then the doctor that refused to give me the proper iv meds to help with pain because I m young and practically implied I was there seeking drugs. Overall CRMC is not the hospital I would recommend to anyone, they are rude and uneducated on my illness.

This hospital needs to be closed down. Doctors are not caring, knowledgeable of care needed and No concern about real patient care or survival. Nurses need more training. Close this hospital. People send complaints to the OIG(Office of inspector general) about the lack of care and horrible treatment given at coffee regional. Let your voice be heard so they will get better doctors

My boyfriend Sherman "Bubba" Wright, had heart surgery March 23 and had to stay over night. From admission to discharge every one was great and gave him exceptional care. The nurses were all very friendly and treated him like he was their only patient. The Cardiac team were very informative and answered many questions we had. The hospital food service was great and very tastey. He's 63 years old and this was his second hospital stay and he was quite surprised how wonderful he was treated and the care he got. They were also very attentive to me as well, always making sure I had what I needed. We highly recommend this hospital for all your health care needs!

We have an incredible ER staff at Coffee Regional Medical Center, which includes EMS personnel. Don't ever let anyone tell you any different. I have no doubt that the EMTs' quick reaction and knowledge of the situation saved my daddy's life last night. Dr. Justin Harell is awesome. He put me at ease last night with the way he handled everything and the compassion he showed my daddy as he was treating him. The nurses working last night and the EMTs were incredible. They stayed with daddy passing along information to Dr. Harrell making sure daddy was stable. I can't tag anyone because I'm scared I'll miss someone. Anyone working last night... thank you from me and my family.

I've been here a total of three times to have two sonograms and now my pre-op to get ready for the delivery of my baby. The very first visit was not bad and I didnt have to wait long at all. My second appointment however I waited more than two hours and the imaging tech was kind of rude and acted as if she had no interest in her job at all. Now I'm here again today for a simple pre-op and have already been waiting an hour and a half. I just dont understand why they schedule appointments at certain times and then make you wait hours before being seen.

I had my appendix taken out here about two years ago. Everyone from the ER to the OR and on the Surgical floor were wonderful. I only had to stay two nights, and was back at work in a few days (on light duty of course). I can t recommend them enough!

My daughter was treated recently in the Emergency Department. Expert care was delivered to her from the time we entered the triage room until discharged home. Dr. Winge took his time to explain the treatment plan, discuss the options for diagnostic testing, and follow up. Love RN and Mary ED tech both expressed concern and rapidly saw about her needs. Lynn RN also cared for us during the visit and kept us updated. Taylor in Imaging was wonderful as she had a student with her during the testing. Holly in Respiratory explained the device we were instructed to use for home with detail. The medical providers all demonstrated exceptional care to us during our time of need.

Thankful Dr. Harrell and the entire ER staff for the quick care of my father during this stroke. Without their timely administration of TPA and quick transport of him to a larger facility his outcome would have been catastrophic per physicians at the larger facility. Your staff has blessed our family! Thank you for your exemplary care!!
