Government of India established the Coffee Board through a constitutional act Coffee Act VII of 1942 under the administrative control of Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The Board comprises 33 members including the Chairman, who is the Chief Executive and appointed by the Government of India. The remaining 32 members represent the various interests such as coffee growing industry, coffee trade interests, curing establishments, interests of labour and consumers, representatives of governments of the principal coffee growing states, and Members of Parliament.
Great service relating to all coffee business's queries.
Traditional coffee shop with choice of snacks / light meals like idly, dosa, omlet, pakkoda etc. They are selling coffee powder in the same complex. It is situated inside the coffee board building. No parking space.
Very poor service, nothing was available other than coffee, waiter did not give receipts.Very bad attitude of staff.
Simple place. Very economical. But it is possible to get bored after a few visits.
Idli, masala dosa, veg cutlets, and bread omelettes are part of main menu here. Completeoff your meal with tumblers of filter coffee
Limited menu, good place for a veg night snack, tea, coffee, cold drinks, ice-cream is available
Typical government office... They try to be helpful but are tied up in red tape..
The Coffee Board of India was established by an act of Parliament in 1942. Until 1995 the Coffee Board marketed the coffee of many growers from a pooled supply, but after that coffee marketing became a private-sector activity due to the economic liberalisation in India. The Coffee Boards tradition duties included the promotion of the sale and consumption of coffee in India and abroad, conducting coffee research, financial assistance to establish small coffee growers, safeguarding working conditions for laborers, and managing the surplus pool of unsold coffee. Indian coffee industry has made rapid strides and earned a distinct identity in the coffee map of the world.
Coffee is much better than their counterpart on Church Street.
Nice aroma, Good authentic coffee and good bread omlets

Veg restaurant with good and inexpensive food options.
Affordable and delicious food , 1 extra star for overall environment there
Firstly it's not coffee board. This canteens' name is Prakruthi veg Restaurant. It's a good place for a quick bite and work time food. All I can say about it is, it's an average place which is anyways crowded.
This place is no more Coffee board, the charm and taste of the earlier days of coffee board served coffee is totally gone. this is like any other food outlet in bangalore, serving all sorts of food.
