I'll let ya know what I think of their coffee layer. So far working there has been a learning experience and interesting.

I work there. The best smell you can smell every morning.

Nice and friendly shipping woman and the guy how loaded the trailer... just by appointment but they were so understanding...

Waiting 3 hours after my appointment time then they told me we don t have a load for you today.

My restaurant has had a horrible experience buying coffee from here. First, they charge me much more than what they disclosed when I set up the account a year ago, nor do they care about this. But even worse, they ship me the wrong product and refuse to answer multiple requests about when I will receive the orders I placed 17 days and 9 days ago. I own a coffee house and am running out of coffee because of these significant delays and have no idea when I will get the coffee I paid for because they will simply not respond. Meanwhile, they don't have any problem charging my card for wrong product. This is literally the worst customer service I have seen from a vendor. Be warned that doing business with them is very one sided, unethical, frustrating and painful. They simply do not even care to do the right thing, and getting any information at all entails multiple email requests and voicemails over a period of days and weeks. Yes, I'm pulling my business from them. If I was a stockholder of this company, I would be absolutely livid.

These guys are so slow just wasted my whole clock and can t even take my 10 hour break I will never want to get loaded here ever again

~ This Was A 5 Star Review, But Now It's A 3, Let Me Explain Why ~
~ I am the 2nd person to leave this company a 5 star review and the only person to write such a detailed review at that, but do they appreciate it; apparently not, since less than 24 hours later they had the temp service who sent me, tell me that my assignment has ended. I was told as long as I show up the job is mine, I showed up early every day and did everything asked of me, worked diligently, and everyone seemed to like me. My first day I was worked an extra hour, and my last day an extra half hour, then after I leave the temp service calls me, instead of them telling me they didn't want me back directly. The only thing I can think of to be the reason is because I have two jobs, which wasn't an issue since I was handling it superbly. I guess they wanted to quit me before I decided to quit them. No mention of an issue though, they just denied two pictures I posted with this review because it had a time stamp showing me being 20 Minutes Early, and the other mentioning this was my 2nd job..then at the end of the next day I'm no longer needed. Oh and they had me help train my replacement without telling me it was my last day, how classy is that? Despite feeling played I still have my great review posted below, because my character is better than that.
P.S. I alone made their rating jump up to 3.4, and now back down to 3, but could have left a 1 star and made it probably 2.8 or worse. They should have at least had the decency to discuss whatever issues they had with me directly.

~ One Of The Best Places I Have Ever Worked & Super Clean Too! ~
~ I could smell the place from a block away, and when I approached I was instantly amazed by the entrance alone! When I walked in I was even more amazed.
~ The lobby and office is immaculate, so clean and cozy you just wanna have a seat and enjoy a cup of coffee...even if you don't drink coffee...trust me, I'm one of those people.
~ The break room is the most amazing break room I have ever seen! Also super duper clean, 3+ fridges and microwaves, a $14k coffee maker that's free to use, top of the line vending machines with healthy options, sinks, dishwasher, comfortable tables and chairs, a bike garage, locker room, and every recycling bin you can think of...even one for coffee alone! Which reminds me, the company is super green.
~ The company uses solar and wind power, recycles as much as possible, and even has Fair Trade Organic coffee options. If you don't know about Fair Trade products, they help countries like Nigeria & Ethiopia get paid fairly for their services...we Americans should support that more and blood diamonds less..just saying.
~ The staff are all mad cool and some even funny, a great place to work with laid-back supervisors...but not too laid-back. Safety is always first, and when stuff needs to get done they are good at letting you know, otherwise just grab a broom and casually sweep around. My first day they trusted me to use a motorized pallet jack, which I had never used before so that was cool...but they of course kept a close eye to make sure I stayed safe, until I proved myself at least.
~ Very diverse company, not just a good mix of Black, White, and Hispanic people either; the guy who trained me was a Micronesian who had only been there a month. So needless to say they also give responsibility to anyone who proves to be a good worker, regardless of race, age, gender, or seniority.
~ Guaranteed 8 hours Monday through Friday, with the opportunity for over time if you want it. Just show up and work, listen and learn, and you will enjoy working here.
~ Oh and everyone wears hair nets and beard nets if you have a beard, they also have janitors who clean all day, so the place is truly clean. It is cold though, so dress warm and keep moving to keep the blood pumping. Lastly but best of all, Pikachu works here!
