False advertisement. I signed up for this program ...

False advertisement. I signed up for this program in early may while working out of state. Rather than paying 140 per night, I was told that I would save a good 50% if u used my membership at participating hotels. The Hampton Inn had a regular rate of 142 per night but with my discount I got the room for 65 per night. When I received a bill today showing how much they would charge my card, it was almost 1500 dollars more than what I had calculated.

When I called to confirm the nightly rate at the hotel and what they sent to CLC it was my 65 per night. When I called the customer service rep at CLC he said it was 102 a night which made no since as I could have gotten that rate through the company I was working for. Needless to say, I had to dispute this transaction until CLC can explain to me how they saved me money. When the service rep could not explain to me how, I cancelled my membership immediately and had a group of friends who are still out of state working do the same thing.

My company has been using CLC for 6 years now. I can't say enough good things about CLC! Our employees love using CLC, the reporting is great, and the customer service is top notch! I love working with Brandi Grow my sales rep. The whole CLC team is very helpful with any questions or issue that might come up. Highly recommend CLC!

Absolutely horrible service and system. If you can book a hotel without having a headache at the end of it, let me know your secret! If you can deal with the headache, you can save some money about 10% of the time. Other than that, its sooo not worth it and way too much of a hassle!

Please everyone stay away from this guys especially if you are small business owner. For no good reason they double charge or sometimes even charges three times on one stay and will not refund your money. keep an eye on your bank statement every time. if anyone needs any prove feel free to ask I will show it to you. I have so many proves. They are about extorting small business owners. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

Absolute garbage provider. My employer recently switched to CLC from BIZHERO/TRAVELLIANCE and three of the four times I've tried to book they have failed to provide me a room. Today when they called to tell me they couldn't fullfil a booking yet again I had to say hello twice because there was so much background noise in their office the lady couldn't hear me.

CLC is the best! Always very professional and available to deal with any situation that arises. Our company has been with CLC for over 10 years now and I honestly can't imagine using another company. Jessica Gibson and all of the crew in reservations and customer service go above and beyond to take care of any issues, and they deal with the issue immediately.
