The place for the chocolate obsessed. Usually stop here for my favourite dessert if having a meal anywhere in Bluewater for a special occasion. In addition to the various chocolate desserts they sell chocolates to take away and slightly undercut hotel chocolate on the groups of three or more bars - makes a good alternative gift for those who normally get the same 'selectors' each time.

First found this small cafe by the smell of fudge in the corridor. We followed it until we found the source! Nice relaxed vibe, great coffee and chocolate everywhere haha. I can recommend the cream tea (English name for pot of tea and scone with clotted cream and jam) and the salted caramel is mouthwatering. Worth taking your friends from work! ;)

First time, and oh my chocolate heaven. Ordered and sat down drinks and complimentary truffles arrived. Then the star of the show a lovely fresh waffle smothered in Smooth warm chocolate with strawberries banana and ice cream sides. Not cheap but the quality shone through. There's a big menu and we may have written our way through it... It's guns be tough

Visited a few times and love the caramel hot chocolate. Only missing one star as the staff are friendly but not memorable so not a perfect experience yet. No masks needed once inside there.

Make a good flat white and their caramel heaven bar is delicious. Chocolate with every coffee is nice though they could do with using a variety of chocolates as my wife doesn't like them. On second thoughts more for me:)

Fantastic hot chocolate and chocolate truffles to die for. They also do savory things too. So this is a good place to get lunch and add in a sweet treat. Always feel good after I've been in here. They also sell packs of goodies which make great gifts.

Amazing! Much better than Creams or Kaspar's! Really enjoyed my waffle and the latte after was great! With 2 kids moaning they wanted to go, I asked for a takeaway cup and was given one no problem to take my coffee to go. Lovely atmosphere and staff were happy to help. Will definitely return for another treat!

I always stop here for coffee after or before shoppingvat Blue Water. The truffles are yummy. Always get 2 pcsof it everytime we buy coffee. Staff are friendly, always clean the table as soon as the customer leave. Convenient location, just next to John Lewis entrance. Recommend this cafe for tea/ coffee break.

I went there today with my boyfriend, we specifically asked, several times, if they could swap the normal milk with oatmilk. We had to repeat our order to her at least 5 times and when they brought us the coffees one was with normal milk, so we explained the situation, 5 times to her as well and she made me go to the till to pay 40p. They probably didn't even use oatmilk cause I had an upset stomach afterwards. Would definitely not go back.

This is such a gem of a cafe. Wonderful products to buy for gifts. The staff are friendly helpful and most of all cheery. I can recommend the gluten free lemon cake and the coffee is good. Only downside is due to Covid restrictions it's even harder to get a table!
