We had a great experience last week at Cocoba. Our Barista brewed and steamed our latte to perfection and the side sample truffle was very much appreciated. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and vibe and the staff were friendly. Will certainly visit again.

Rude staff member rolled his eyes when he took my order and made me feel uncomfortable as soon as I walked in the store. Absolutely awful customer service and won't be coming back. Wouldn't recommend to anyone unless you want to be penalised the entire duration of your food.
Rude staff! The girl behind the register thinks she s doing you a favor takin your order. The one makin the drinks is even more arrogant than the first one.

The smell of the shop is amazing, you can smell it from a mile off. When I ordered my drink it came with a little truffle which I thought was a really lovely touch. My sister ordered some of the pastries and the chocolate covered croissant looked incredible, I've never seen anything like it. Very good service from happy staff.
Great coffee every time and the choc is fab too. Staff are great, especially the very helpful Louise. If in bluewater and in need of a coffee then Cocoba is your required destination.

Great Waffles at the bluewater mall. One rude staff rude it for us hence the 3 stars instead of 5. Not a great customer experience this time and I won t be going back.
It's a chocolate delight, the choices never end. Chocolate hazelnut drink is a favourite, touches all the right notes on my pallet. It's a shame the store is a little small but otherwise cosy.
To me personally the highlight was the service, welcoming, inviting, friendly and professional.

Parking is available (and abundant!!!) in the shopping centre's car park. Smoke free and step free throughout.
Facilities were clean.

I visited Cocoba with my girlfriend and it's HEAVEN. Choc this, choc that, and their choc truffles (that they give you a free one with every drink) are unreal. Must be tasted to believe it. I had the salted caramel one, which we had a few packets of! It's a must visit if you're visiting Bluewater Shopping Centre.
Awesome place to have a hot chocolate and dessert, I can recommend the mint hot chocolate and chocolate fondue.
