Incredible beautiful. Just breath taking views! Staff are extremely polite and helpful. Highly recommended
The hotel is good but staff and the service is extremely poor not to the standard of even 3 star resort.
Coco resorts were absolutely amazing. Me and my husband was here for our honeymoon. I must say it absolutely well like heaven. So peaceful. Such lovely friendly staff. Awesome experience. All the staff we met were absolutely amazing and went out of their way to helps us in every possible manner.
Thank you Coco Bodu Hithi for making our honeymoon such a special one.
Heaven of Maldives I'll call it. Most amazing place I have been to so far.
Lovely place on earth!! Just loved the place. Friendly staffs.
A bit costly in terms of stay and water sports activity. But overall experience was good. You get privacy in water villa and villas are quite bug and nicely design. Food was decent as I am vegetarian. They cook in some different oil I guess, which changes a taste a bit. Thry have Jain counter at night, which was quite helpful. Quite place and hotel staff was also good. We also saw group of Dolphins passing by once around the shore.
Nice place and amazing staff .. I enjoyed the stay so much
Best maldives experience ever. Got to see some stingrays, manta rays and eagle rays over there with a few turtles lurking by the gym/dining area. Service there is excellent and the food there is absolutely scrumptious. Recommended travel destination if you are planning on heading to the maldives.
We stayed at the Beach Villa for a week in June and had a great time. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The island is very nicely maintained and you can snorkel perfectly (turtles, sharks, rays).
Every evening there was a theme night and the food was just great.
1. we saw cockroach in the room (2 days in a row out of 4 days)
2. we had ants attack during meal (2 times out of 7 meals)
3. food quality was so so
try to fix above than it would be 4-5 stars.
A very beautiful experience despite the high prices, but something cannot be described. You only need to visit to feel the pleasure and beauty from getting off at the airport to our arrival to the resort. Everything is beautiful and easy even the language was not an obstacle to the presence of some Arab crew. Something easy and beautiful) Cleanliness is very high in the ocean villas and we did not see any insects or mosquitoes. The privacy is very good.
I will be in the Maldives from the 24th of August to the 30th of the day, the procedure is very good, intermittent rain and the sun is hot at noon if the clouds clear
Quite simply, PURE BLISS! THANKS HEAPS I LOVED HERE VERY MUCH.
Absolutely beautiful!! The perfect honeymoon destination. Loved it so much. Such fine sandy white beaches, with crystal clear coral blue seas. Breathtaking views and romantic settings. The rooms are amazing and very big, and the service on the resort is amazing. Lovely restaurants offering wonderful food. Plenty to do on the island. You'll never want to leave.
I stayed in Coco Residence Villa 614, special thanks to Bikash. I had a great time staying at the villa. We stayed at this resort 4 days, 14feb to 18th feb. The food was fabulous. I like the fact that they were very strict with time. The ambience was heavenly. I would totally recommend this place, especially if you are going to your honeymoon.
They arrange for my honeymoon very well and make our staying unforgettable. Button line, they are the best.
This island resort is ome of its kind. Highly recommended for honeymooners. The food is although very costly. But its best if you could do all inclusive food package. But resort is very beautiful and jusy loved my stay their. Water coco residence is a must try fot atleast one day. You will.not regret it.
Very good hotel and service. As I am jain and we dont eat non-vegetarian food, they chef himself made Indian food for us. That was very nice of him. This service was there throughout our stay..
Coco Bodu is an amazing resort with a very nice staff. I recommend the island villas (IV), each villa has a direct access to the beach and it's own private pool. The pool is on the other side of the villa and not visible from outside.
Very beautiful island ... ...... here each bungalow has its own private pool .... Highly recommended the fish restaurant
Killing the atmosphere is very friendly. However, it is recommended to stay at the residence's sunset room. A resort that makes you want to immigrate to the Maldives.
For anyone looking for a honeymoon location recommendation, we would highly recommend staying at the Coco Bodu Hithi resort with Full Board accommodation.
To start off, we were warmly greeted by our travel agent at the airport and after a half an hour wait, we were guided to our speedboat. The journey was about 45 mins or so and when we arrived at the island, we were pleasantly greeted by Cigdem, our contact at the island. Cigdem was extremely pleasant and very helpful in guiding us through the island and talking us through their informative and detailed welcome pack. She then escorted us to our Island Villa where our luggage was waiting for us at the door.
Our island villa was simply amazing! We were left absolutely speechless in how perfect the villa was and how much it looked exactly like the pictures from the website. In fact, the villa looked much better in real life! Our bed had a lovely Happy Honeymoon message on it which was very cutely written in palm tree leaves. Our private pool, the patio, outside bed were all exceptionally clean and very well maintained.
But we must say, the feature of our Island Villa which really excited us the most, was our very own private beach area at the back, which was east facing, which meant it was perfect for those early morning sunrise views, which we enjoyed very much. The private beach also allowed us to go snorkelling whenever we wanted, snorkelling equipment was free to hire for the duration of our stay.
Activities such as the sunset cruise, floating breakfast to your villa, private pergola dinner, spa treatments, and photoshoots are activities we did and highlight recommend them, but they all need to be pre-booked in advance, but well worth the booking as you will be left with beautiful life-long memories. There are other activities available which you can enquire with your rep.
Overall, we really enjoyed our time and stay at Coco Bodu Hithi resort. It was an absolutely beautiful experience and has left us with memories we will cherish forever, we will definitely come back here to celebrate another special occasion.
We stayed here for 3 days trying out 2 different villas. The beach villas were spacious and right on the beach. It had a private pool in the back which gave much more privacy than villas in other resorts which have pool in the front. The water villa was great as well with an infinity pool and direct access to the water where you could do snorkelling. However there were not many things to do and we were bored after 3 days.
However we found that all things were overpriced at the resort. The water activities were double the price you can find in Male. If you don't have dinner included in your package, it will be very expensive. I had my most expensive dinner buffet in lift at around $75 per person. There were enough options for vegetarians
The staff was friendly and responsive
4.5 reviews .... Nice ambience , any one who wishes to experience clear sea water will love this place. Wonderblast!
Great resort hotel:
We spent our honeymoon in a Brachial Villa. The villa is very beautiful and design, everything is thought for comfort and absolute luxury. The staff are lovely, attentive without being intrusive.
In short, an exceptional moment.
Loved the resort. Had a pleasant honey moon in the coco residence villa. This place is awesome! The food was really good n the staff were so friendly n nice especially Jalal. He helped us to get a free checkout which was really nice and helpful!
Heaven on Earth.
Couldn't have asked for anything more. The coco residence villa was beyond amazing, the staff was super friendly and food spread was much more than we expected. Special mention to Sujata & Nithyanand.
Good for a relaxing getaway and also for snorkeling. Very upscale location, villas, food and hospitality. Highly recommended
What can I say!!!
Coco Spa was Amazing one the best massage I ever had...
Very amazing place. Everything was wonderful. We were there for our honeymoon. We bought all inclusive not to be suprised. The island life was very calm. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and coctails were great. Liton is the best cook and Amiad is More
Wonderful hospitality! Everyone was very warm and welcoming. We stayed at a water villa on our 5th wedding anniversary. Coco Bodu Hithi gave us a delicious complimentary anniversary cake and a splarkling non-alcoholic celebration drink.
Our room was very clean and we had all the privacy we wanted. This is so far one of the best stays we ve had. Thank you so much!
Great Hotel, but you should go with the full package, because if you don't the food are very expensive and they excluded the drink and the 23% of tax.
Great place, incredible view and natural environment. Food is amazing. Service is very customer oriented.
good!
Close to the airport
we came for vacation and everything went so perfect and resort is so beautiful and staff are so good . food is very good and stars restaurant food is best for dinner and lattitude is bery good for lunch.
we did snorkling it was so exciting for us.
Thank you so much for best holiday.
It is very poor quality and very bad food was the very bad thing and everything was bad
Gorgeous resort, in an idyllic location, beautiful rooms, beautiful coral reef.
I was with family and some friends and our boys had a great time between snorkeling, various water sports and beach volleyball tournaments.
Beautiful excursion where they took us to swim with manta rays and giant turtles!
The only thing I feel like making is a greater care of plants and gardens, a little too neglected ...
The cuisine is nothing exceptional, but on the other hand we are not in Italy ..
Anyway I would stay there again
A beautiful resort in every sense of the word and very sophisticated, it suffices you that it is in one of the best islands in the world, "the Maldives"
Its employees are friendly in general, especially the Egyptian employee Mahmoud.
In terms of hygiene, 10/10, as for insects, they are expected because they are an island and it is difficult to eliminate them
As for breakfast and dinner it was varied daily and very international delicious, the resort has 3 restaurants and they gave us an invitation for a romantic dinner on the sea
We tried the massage in it, it was expensive, frankness, and very ordinary, but the view and the place are elegant
The only drawback is the furniture was worn out, very old and the price was expensive
Good but so not take room #614 it has problems and i had injury because of the broken ladder
Big room, pruvate swimming pool. Very clear waters for snorkeling. Best place for honeymoon
Overall a totally neat place, although the reefs and the shallow water could be made to feel a bit more full of life. Wasn't a fan of the water not being so clear around the island.
Went for our honeymoon. It delivered more than we could ever dream. From the moment we got off the sea boat we were made feel like vips. The whitest of sand and bluest of seas and sky. Some of the nicest food I have ever eaten and the staff cannot do more for you. I hope to be able to go back here again in the future
Except for the rough 40 min boat ride, every experience on the island was exceptional. Beautiful place. Their restaurant and chefs there were just too good.
it was so excellent because of how good the service is the food was so good especially the dinner it was the earth day and it was amazing i was there for 4 amazing days i promise to you all that its the best place we took the villa that is in the jungle it is amazing we also got a tour of the place by one of the best staff from the Maldives he was so kind and polite he showed us how the people the construction workers how they make the houses at the jungle it was amazing and he also showed us the area where they grow food they made a very cool and interesting plastic bottle area to grow the organic fruits as i would say or vegetables and told one of the men who were cutting from the tree some coconuts to give us and i especially loved it. It was amazing and the view is just like you have entered heaven it is so amazing i suggest everyone or anyone who goes to the Maldives go to the Coco Bodu Hithi resort they welcome you with hot towels which i liked and how they wave at you when you leave it was sad that i left the best place in the world but i hope me and the family go again and directly from the airport they take your bags and take you on a cool fast boat to the resort i enjoyed it alot.
Most beautiful thing on this planet. So amazing. Best part is the hospitality. View is to die for. I felt so emotional saying goodbye to this place. Food , water sports , spa and house keeping is another level at Coco. Must must visit
Coco Residence Water Villas all inclusive good
It is the most distant room, so you can walk to the buffet breakfast for 15 minutes.
On the first day of the wave sound, the wind blew and it sounded loud, but today it is completely quiet.
mocktail is delicious
Come to your honeymoon and give me some cava champagne.
Clean up twice a day and say hello kindly.
Great environment with friendly staff. Great for a short gateway from busy city life and enjoy the beach. Plenty coral near the resort
I think it's boring, so you can reduce your Maldives schedule and add something else!
Stay in Maldives for another day even if you mix room.
I stayed in Singapore for 2 nights in 4 nights with a gel room all inclusive.
There's no time to be bored! It's nice to just watch the sea because it doesn't stop!
Let me first tell you the Maldives is the most beautiful place I have ever been to.
I booked a holiday at Coco Bodu Hithi as it looked very nice and offered Villas with Private Pool.
We were traveling with our Family, with 2 kids of 12 and 17.
Well they are counted as adults even though on the room service menu and at the water activities Kids were considered as 12 years and under.
But we had to pay the boat trip and the new years evening for 4 adults. It was a bit strange that this policy was not clear at all. It seemed they had 2 different policies when it came to this age matter.
The resort is beautiful and not too big. But you can see it's old and need some refreshing.
The plugs fell out, there was no safe in the room, no life vests, there was old wood on the floors which was a bit dangerous to walk on bare feet.
Also the restaurants, extra activities are way over priced for example a barbecue at the beach (not private) cost $139 Excluding so you have to divide by 1,23 Per person!
Everything you have to pay for. Now that I know this when I want to go again to Maldives I will def look for a resort that is more inclusive with activities.
Don't book a photoshoot with their photographer, this was not worth the $300 (excl) as the 50 pictures were not of a professional standard and the staff was not very helpful when I showed them the pictures, they said if I paid $300 (excl) I could get 200 more. In the end I spoke to a manager on email and I arranged with the photographer to get all the pictures on file.
Overall I don't think they are worth 5 stars but if it was a 4 star resort it would be more accurate.
Beautiful, romantic, unforgettable ... beautifully colored underwater world, turquoise water.
Beautiful resort with great amenities... service in restaurants is slow and communication between departments is an issue. Stayed for 7 nights and 8 days all in all a great stay.
The marine biologist was the best excursion. The fresh orange juice in the air restaurant was also the best. coco boduhiti is the ultimate getaway. If you have time, I recommend the coconut scrup (?) Of the coco spa together with the mojito
Pros:
Beautiful place
Friendly staff
Beautiful location and the rooms are quite clean with all the amenities.
Awesome food, their buffet had a lot of options for breakfast lunch and dinner.
You can enjoy nature to the fullest.
Cons:
WiFi was a problem initially, but it got fixed later on. We had to fix it ourselves as the service is a bit slow there.
They follow Bangladesh timing ,not Male timing, which was an issue before, but then we got adjusted later
Definitely worth everything.. a beautiful place to visit with family and friends.
I got up in the morning and jumped into the sea, then after breakfast I jumped into the pool, in the afternoon I jumped back into the sea, and in the evening again into the pool. The three meals are also the best. Scenery, food, room, equipment, was very high for any service.
Amazing resort, came here for my honeymoon, amazing rooms, stayed in the island villa for 2 days and the water villa for 1, both the rooms were amazing, and very unique in there own way, the experience for both rooms was very different and enjoyable, the food was amazing and so was the staff, extremely friendly people. Could not have asked for a better honeymoon spot!
Serene, well maintained, perfect vacation destination!
First time in Maldives for my honeymoon. Beautiful place, nice staffs. Room condition is okay but bit dirty. It is not a new resort.. Electricity gone two times during 4days. I love their fishing activity. We caught two fishes and had it after cooking.
Absolutely stunning resort in Maldives with fab rooms and even better water villas. Coco Bodu Hithi was the last stop of my holidays and I could not have enjoyed it more. If you visit, make sure you try all the restaurants (best food ever), go for a dip in the infinity pool and book a snorkelling trip with the marine biologist.
It was amazing stay with coco bodu hithi, staff is very courteous and soft spoken. There is a speed boat that takes you to resort from Male airport. It takes around 30 minutes to reach the resort. We booked escape water villa for 4 nights.. we were provided a complimentary wine on checking in. Our villa had a private access to the ocean and we could directly dip in for snorkelling. The fishes you can see here are vibrant and colourful. Many chefs are from India and you get many options if you are a vegetarian. The food set up is great and their food tastes very good. They also serve Jain food and if you want any adjustments in the food that is also taken very well. The island is not very large it takes a walk of 20
Minutes from one end to other.. its a perfect vacation to relax and spend quality time with your family and yourself.
Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful nature, great hospitality.
The place is beautiful and amazing...the services are really nice... Ms. Zee was our personal host who took our outmost care... the place is no less than heaven with all the facilities and amenities.. would love to come again
