This place is a maze. I came here for a workshop, and how this place is spread out, with different buildings and not much signs to help guide you to your destination. It can be confusing and frustrating if it's your first visit. Apart from that, the environment is clean. The food is meh. I didnt enjoy it tbh.

Poor guest service! After asking for the event wifi password, I was told by an usher that I could fork over 5k or get over it. It was polite and basic question once. I held up my phone to show her the login screen that had appeared on my device when I went to use my phone's internet browser. She could have politely stated that the host organization didn't purchase that amenity for its guests. Her tone was disgusting!

It's always a great experience at this beautiful, state-of-the-art facility. The staff and volunteers are very welcoming, seats are comfortable and acoustics are fine. Concessions are typically pricey. And after the show, prepare to be patient as everyone tries to exit the parking garage, where the fee is now $10.

Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre is my favorite local venue. I am always happy with my seats and I love that the venue is easy to get to from work or home. I have attended several events there and have 2 more coming up in September. I also love that they now offer prepaid parking.

I loved my and my daughter's experience here. $15 valet was worth the price. Saw a remarkable Atlanta Ballet performance, the stage was wide and spacious, lighting was breathtaking, no flaws. Seats were marked well and easy to find. There is no food allowed in the theater, and they sold have signs at the bar saying this because some friends bought food during intermission and couldn't get back in to see the show. Drinks are allowed in the show. There's a bar with reasonably priced alcoholic beverages. Security is EVERYWHERE which is a bit unsettling. Metal detectors at the door are mandatory in this day and age, and they also search bags. Strict policy about no outside food or drinks, wouldn't let me keep my 5-year-old's juice box.

Pros: an awesome venue for concerts. Always good sound, great sight-lines, a beautiful building and quality productions.
Cons: takes forever to get out of the parking deck after shows. Plus, 285/75 is a perpetual construction zone. So, leave early to get there on time, and don't plan to be in a rush afterward.

The auditorium is fairly well laid out and has pretty good acoustics. Parking is an issue. After the performance, the staff more or less pushed people outdoors into the rain so they could close up. This required my wife and her mother to wait in a light rain while I got the car out of parking. A wet mother-in-law is not as much fun as a dry one. Otherwise, an enjoyable evening.

The family has seen many performances here. Parking is easy, staff is great, and there is not a bad seat in the house. Ticket prices always seem reasonable and they have a wonderful variety of entertainment flowing through year after year.

Great place for a concert. The Piano Guys were wonderful. The employees were very helpful and nice. This was my 6th or 7th time for a performance...for me, there has not been a bad seat in the house. Would recommend attending a show here, you won't be sorry.

The Sound in this arena is not the best for upper levels. I'm Reminded of Atlanta's Civic Center and the struggles there to hear an Artist or spoken word.
Parking was horrible to get in to... I'm Not sure if I'll go here again for an event.

We went for the 2019 Ashworth College/JMHS Graduation Saturday. The staff were very nice and helpful, the facility was very clean, comfortable temperature, great sound and we'll lit. Might seem like those things shouldn't need mentioning but believe me some are not lol We enjoyed our visit and surprisingly loved our seats. I waited to long to buy them and my options were limited for four seats together so we ended up in row C of the top section. I was afraid we wouldn't be able to see well but I loved being able to look down like that. If we'd have been on the bottom we only would have seen her when she crossed the stage because she was in the first row, but we saw her the whole time from our seats. My camera didn't do so well from where we were but it isn't that great of a camera anyway so don't judge the seats by my photos lol ... CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF THE 2019 GRADUATES!!

Love this venue, but the sound system could be better. Went to a comedy show and the voices were a little muffled. It was hard to understand what was said. However the spot is clean. Seating is nice.
