Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre Review

Shen Yun Friday 1/10/20 We enjoyed the show but left with a bad feeling as when we (party of 7) arrived to our seats about 30 min before curtain call a party of two were occupying two of our seats and refused to move. When referring to usher, he had to contact supervisor who told him to check tickets of other patrons. It took so long to determine that the other party should have been in other seats in nose bleed section and were forced to move from our seats, we had missed the first part of the show standing in the hallway. No apologies / no nothing, just OK, you can take your seats now. That's wrong and we are still upset.

More like 3.5 stars.....its nice visually, but the sound was so/so. The food and drink option (mostly food) leave alot to be desired. I was surprised how limited they were. Typically overpriced as well. Parking is relatively easy.

My husband and I have season tickets to the opera. Very nice venue. Arrive early for good parking and the pre-talk. Vallet parking is available. Concession lines are quick.

Went to see Black Nativity, which was absolutely outstanding. This year was my fourth time seeing the play and it is simply amazing!

Went to a nice Fashion Show there by ADFS for Atlanta DESIGNERS Fashion Show. It was easy to find and no problem getting in and out of parking garage.

I love the place, just not the right place for a tasting, to much stairs for that

I had lovely concert over there. It has very nice views and seats was comfortable.

We've been here several times. The seating is fantastic - no bad seats in the house. The acoustics are outstanding. We love coming to Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre because it's easy to get to, the parking is good, the inside is beautiful and the service has always been a premium feature. Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre is #1 in my book!

This is a top tier venue, in every regard! It has all the style and panache of the most historical of venue's and one ups them all in access and amenity. Nearly every seat in the theatre is a great seat! The food and beverage hit the spot and highlight the availability of the performing artist. The staff is ALWAYS HAPPY, CHEERFUL, AND HELPFUL!

Pretty nice venue. Beer selection is mediocre. Seats and Sound were great. Parked across the street for $10.

Very nice venue. I saw Ricky Smiley and friends perform there.

What an awesome rendering of the Christmas Story! I was totally captivated as though I were a little kid again

Parking is easy, location is pristine and customer service is exceptional. Roomy comfortable seating.

Went for the Atlanta Homestand for Overwatch League. The staff were extremely helpful and fun to chat with. Minus a few audio issues everything went really smooth and according to schedule. Had a blast at the event.

I had a great time at the Praise Festival. Good seats for the price... Concession was a bit pricey, but that's Atlanta!

Beautiful hall! The Opera and Ballet have done some amazing things with this stage! Helpful attendants and clean bathrooms too.

This is a beautiful place to see an Opera. The seating is comfortable and there is an attached parking garage and plenty of parking next door. There are several nearby restaurants, bars, and shopping in there area which are within walking distance.

Loved it. Went to go see A Christmas Carol and the performance was amazing

Went to a Gregory Porter and Ledisi concert there. The food was overpriced, very. However the concert was amazing, visibility was impeccable.

Chairs are really snug, so if you've got wide hips you're probably going to be super uncomfortable unless you spring for box seats.

Beautiful location . The Atlanta Ballet performance of Beauty and the beast was simply breathtaking. Such talent from the ensemble, perfect for taking young aspiring dancers. The hour long show was perfect for taking children.

Beautiful! Come early for some food and drinks. Comfortable seats and great shows.

I attended a concert. I loved this place. The staff was WONDERFUL and helpful. Seating was nice. Clean bathrooms.

Go see the opera, this city is so lucky to have such an incredible company! I will say that the hall can get a bit chilly, so be prepared and enjoy!

I would never patronize this establishment again. The people that work there are clearly racist and extremely RUDE and disrespectful. They were noticeably nasty to the African American customers, then VERY polite to the Caucasian customers. We paid good money for tickets to something to be completely disrespected. Never again. You people need to have some SERIOUS customer service training. I ve never been so disrespected in my life.

Very nice venue with great aucustics. Parking was easy and is very close to the building.

Staff and volunteers were very friendly and helpful. The facility is amazing! I enjoyed my time here.

While I was glad for the free parking, I did not like not being allowed to take pictures of the performance. I want to remember it forever since the performers were international singers and only come to the U.S. maybe once a year.

The Atlanta Opera is fascinating. Cobb Energy Centre is superb seating with delicious food.

This venue is beautiful! There are drinks and snacks for sale that you can take into the theater, but if you want to get something at intermission, you will need to speed walk to get in line fast enough to make it back to your seat!

This is the location where the Episode 1 TS-19 walking dead movie is played, in the movie, this building is CDC

This is a great venue. Acoustics are terrific, and all seats have great views. Easy to get to and park, although spaces inside are limited. Arrive early!

SHEN YUN, an exciting excellent Chinese stories full of tales and wonder. Beautiful colors throughout every scene. A must zee at least once.

The seating is awesome, much better than the Fox. Parking was easy & plenty of alcoholic beverages.

Five-star venue with polite and helpful staff. Amazing acoustics (we saw "Eugene Onegin" in Russian with helpful subtitles) .. we were in the second to last row in Orchestra with an incredible view as well.
