This was my first visit today; I ve been wanting to see it since it was built. It was field trip to see The Very Hungry Caterpillar with 2nd graders. The staff was very well organized and the theater, beautiful. Parking was convenient which is always a plus. We were there for about an hour and I definitely want to go back.

Traffic in and out is painful, the seats are uncomfortable, the drinks are way over priced, it's in Cobb County, and metal detectors they added cause huge backups that can easily make you late to the show.

The only reason I go there is if there is a good act that is not appearing at the Fox.

Very nice seating and views from all areas. The entrance is a little small along with the concessions stand. A large parking garage and a big parking lot to fit all the cars they would ever need to fit in the theater. Easy access right off highway 75.

Beautiful venue and great acoustics. I've been twice now and was not disappointed either time. Do keep in mind the seats are not very comfortable for tall or large individuals if you're booking a long show.

Great venue for performances. We saw the Wiggles in concert and it did not seem that there was a bad seat in the house. Entry was very streamlined and there was very little waiting for anything. The soft pretzels were especially good, which made them seem a good value even at event concessions prices.

Located adjacent to the confluences of I-75 and I-285, the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre is a premiere venue that feels welcoming and not overwhelming. Having attended two events here, the Centre s friendly staff make entering and exiting the 2,750-seat John A. Williams Theatre a smooth operation. The theatre is spacious and comfortable. The Centre s 1,000-spaces parking area includes a 700-space parking deck, all of which are also efficiently run, so arriving and leaving the Centre never feels like a Herculean endeavor. I have definitely enjoyed attending presentations at this facility.

The concert was amazing!! The venue on the other hand was not as good. The seating is very tight. You can't be too heavy or too tall or you would be uncomfortable. The restrooms are very nice and clean. I saw concessions in the lobby but I didn't put take of them.

We were disappointed in several areas. First, you must choose carefully to actually have seating without having to go up and down stairs. Second, the refreshments area consisted of chips, candy, and soft drinks. Then, the most glaring disappointment was the lack of control over latecomers. People were allowed in to seat themselves in the darkness blocking the audience from seeing. Putting the seated patrons at risk as the newcomers moved to find their seats.

All in all, it was not managed well.

I went and saw Elvis Costello tonight and the show was great! The building is also quite nice and classy. My only complaint would be with the usher staff. I was sitting in the center orchestra section row B. There was a group of men sitting two rows behind me who had won tickets to this concert and had no appreciation for the music. They were drunk, yelling, and flat out rude. This continued for maybe 45 minutes before they got bored and left. The ushers were doing nothing to control the bunch while the people around had to be the ones to shush them. I wouldn't be so mad but the fact that the ushers were also behaving badly sent me over the edge. There was a female usher who harassed my mother multiple times over petty things. An example of this would be when my mom left to use the restroom and came back while a song was going on. She politely waited for it to end seeing as that is the proper etiquette for performances in a theater. The song was going on for a bit longer than she expected so she sat in an empty seat. The usher quickly snapped into action and rudely said to her that she could not sit there. (this was the encore of the performance, she was not taking up anybody's seat) Then my mother went to go back to her actual seat and the usher then proceeded to yell, "HEY! DO YOU HAVE YOUR TICKET?" My mom told her that it was with me and the usher made a face and grudgingly let her through. These ushers did not deal with the loud and drunk men who were causing actual disturbances, and instead they caused their own disruptions by yelling at others who were not in the wrong. Just for the record, I seldom saw an usher smile or try being friendly. I will be coming back to the place for a show in December so we shall see if they have improved.

Love seeing shows here; recently at a performance I realized I'd left my pocket knife clipped to my pants and the staff was very nice about it and let me check it in to pick up after the show. The ushers were helpful and nice and the theatre is stunning and clean with great acoustics.

when the show ended, we had to use the restroom. The minute we came out of the restroom, looks like one of the event staff members, came up and asked us if or when we plan to leave. Obviously, we're just using the bathroom and leaving. Plus, what's the idea behind asking us when we are leaving? We don't plan to stay the night and we're obviously headed towards the entrance. It's rude to ask a family or anyone to leave. Would you like it if someone did that to you?

I love attending concerts here! I come to Atlanta for concerts at least once a year and I'm aways glad that they are at Cobb Energy PAC. I always find that parking is so easy! The deck is literally just a few steps away from the venue door. The seating is pretty good too. I've had everything from floor seats to mezzanine seats and the stage view is great from either section.

Terrible place to have a concert. Completely insane security process made giant lines. Insufficient concession locations made giant lines. No center isles on floor mean you have to skootch past everyone on your row to get a beer and then back past them to pee. Sound quality on the floor was poor. It would take something very special to make me consider returning.

The venue itself was fairly nice, the seats were cramped even for the VIP section and the theater itself seemed small. The show I saw was Shen Yun, and I have to say the music was inspiring and the dancers were amazing. The outfits were very colorful and fit very well with the performance. I do have to say that the undertone of a religious message woven into the story was offputting and the final dance was what I consider to be over the top. All in all I plan to see other shows here but would seriously consider the cost of VIP seating. I also will not see Shen Yun again, it is to me and probably most people a one and done.

Great intimate venue with lovely design. Staff is efficient and friendly, convenient access to 285, not super strict bag policies. It has close and convenient $10 parking. It's my favorite concert venue.
