Outstanding service from the first day I went looking to the day I picked up my new BMW. Richard Ramos is an absolute credit to BMW, nothing was a problem to him. Sam looked after me for the purchase my new car and Joe sorted out my finance. They re both very easy to deal with, super down to earth and friendly.
Joe got my finance sorted quickly and fuss free at a great rate and Sam went out of his way to make it possible to collect my car so I could have it before Christmas.

I do not recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Coastline BMW. I purchased a new car from them over a month ago and I am still shattered at the disgusting treatment I received. My sales consultant, Peter Cameron, played the part of the lying, shifty salesman perfectly. On the day of pick up, what should have been an exciting and great day, turned into a terrible experience thanks to Peter and Richard Ramos Montagna. Richard spoke to me with such disrespect and I have absolutely no idea how he ended up in a role that requires customer service. The manager, I believe his name was Ryan, sheepishly attempted to say goodbye on the way out, after being completely aware of the disgusting treatment I was receiving in the office for over an hour. Haven't received a follow up call or check in either. I love my new car and will still recommend BMW as a car, but please do not go through Coastline BMW. Couldn't be more disappointed.

My husband & I have just bought a pre-loved X3 from Coastline BMW. Found it, bought it & picked it up within a week (big ask, I know). The staff at Coastline are incredible. Nothing was too much trouble & the whole experience was faultless. My husband said to me, as we were driving away "Wow. I felt like family". Thank you especially to Jeff Dempsey, Richard Ramos & Joe Farrell, you guys are awesome We are so glad we chose Coastline, instead of settling with what was on offer in Brisbane. It's worth the drive people
