Dr. Tyrus was absolutely awesome! Very patient with kids and takes the time to explain everything he is doing. Let me just say this in an office your front staff are the face of your office, and let me just say the Hispanic lady who was in the front was very rude, it looked like she didn t want to be there. She was very frustrated when she had to verify insurance and was rude when I asked her a question. This place could ve been rated with 5 stars but like I said your front office staff is the face of the office and it s obvious she hates what she does! Get a new front office employee!!!

We really like the doctor, but the hispanic lady on the front desk is another story. She was rude before when she had to verify our insurance, but at our last visit she even topped that. She misspelled my first name on the prescription and she flat out refused to change the spelling.

Nice folks, but I suggest Coastal Eye Associates let patients know on the Website they close for lunch.

Doctor was very unprofessional. Cursing in front of patients will never be okay and is a quick ticket to losing business. Not to mention it was our first time to this location.

Impossible to get someone on the phone to make an appointment or even discuss the process. Their NEW automated system is worse than comcast. Appointments online,
don't waste your time, if you had a serious problem and needed help, the send your information button goes into no where land. If you need an exam and support you should take your business somewhere else. God forbid if you had something done and needed follow up support with these people.

Been going here for the last year and was just going to let it slide but nah. The receptionist at this location is rude and need proper training. If you don't feel like dealing with people like that I suggest other eye care offices.
